We love working with Jessica Hancock at the Kohler Store on North Point Pkwy. We worked with Jessica on a new build home and she exceeded all our expectations. She gives the best customer service, is always available and so responsive. She made our buying process fun. We have continued to use her for small additional items and highly recommend working with her and the Kohler team.

After spending time researching products at other vendors, we made the best decision to go straight to the source! Jessica Hancock at the Kohler Alpharetta store was exactly the person we needed to meet! She walked us through all of the items we thought we wanted, educated us, showed us items we had not seen, made suggestions, AND gave us better pricing!! But, the service didn't stop there - Jessica and Clay have continued to go out of their way to make sure our items were ready for pick up and to answer any questions immediately! If you are renovating or in need of just a simple faucet, I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Jessica the Senior Design Consultant at the Kohler location in Alpharetta is fantastic!!! She is extremely helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable about the products. I felt 100% taken care of and she followed thru every step of the way to ensure we were more than satisfied. She is the epitome of customer service. Dealing with the Kohler Signature Store was a great experience. Jessica Hancock was first class in helping us design our bathroom from start to finish. At the beginning of our project, she was wonderful in helping us choose our design. Once our design was chosen, she communicated the status of all of our orders very well. We can't wait to get in our house and experience the Anthem Digital Shower. Should you need any plumbing fixtures, don't hesitate to give Jess at the Kohler Signature Store in Alpharetta a call.

Jessica was so helpful. I switched my powder bath fixtures to gold and she helped me match the faucet and light with my gold mirror and keep with a modern motif. Absolutely great suggestions and always available to help when I called.

We worked with Victoria Garveigh when renovating our kitchen, master bathroom, powder room, laundry room, and kitchen. We purchased plumbing and lighting fixtures with Victoria's guidance. We found Victoria to be the consummate professional. She has outstanding attention to detail and an amazing sense of design. Additionally, she has excellent communication and follow-through skills, which are essential for any project. We recommend Victoria for any size project that requires a lot of expertise without the stress. She is the absolute best!

I walked in on a busy Saturday. Found the sink I saw online. Spoke to employee who wrote up the order. To avoid s&h, I can pick it up from the warehouse on n Alpharetta -- win-win. Plus, the sinks were cheaper going directly to the manufacturer. Easy!

For a just completed renovation we purchased 100% of our plumbing and lighting needs from the Alpharetta Georgia Kohler Signature Store by PDI. Reno included master and guest bathrooms, laundry and kitchen. What a great experience! All fixtures were delivered timely and two of our changes were easily remedied. Jessica saved my bathroom remodel project this week! I'd ordered my Kohler bathroom months ago from another retailer but parts still hadn't come in and the salesperson at the other store wasn't able to return a call to me to tell me when the parts would arrive. As a hail Mary, I called the Kohler Store near North Point Mall. Jessica listened to my problem and explained that her store is a Kohler direct store and the one I was dealing with is not. As we spoke, she looked up the parts in her system and had the backordered parts to me within 3 days! My project is finished, meanwhile, the other store's salesperson still hasn't called me back.
