If I could give negative stars, I would! I brought my pants to this cleaners for alternations and they lost my pants!!! I went there more than 3 times to see if maybe they put my pants with someone else’s!!! The more insane part is these were designer and the company doesn’t make them anymore or I just would or replaced them! Please beware of these people losing clothes!!!

I have been coming to King World for years. Tina and Young are the best! They are so friendly and always have my dress clothes, shirts, and suits looking great and always so quick. Best dry cleaners I’ve ever used. Also will help repairs , rips, and sewing. Highly recommend!

Lost two suits and had to go through every item on the rack to find them. Also their cleaning process shrunk my pants. Plus they are more expensive than other cleaners.

This cleaners is terrible! They lost one pair of my pants and ripped one of my shirts. They denied this vehemently and refused to even give me a discount on future business. Never ever drop you clothes off at this cleaners. You will be disappointed. Best thing for them is if they go out of business! They should not be allowed to be in business.

I have used this cleaner for my husbands dress slacks. Their price and service is usually fine, however, I took a dress to them and they charged me $25 to clean. I am floored! That is outrageous and just robbery. i will be finding another cleaners now. it's the principle at this point.

3 strikes
1) Wrongly tagged my clothes, went back after a few months and had to go through all the clothes, at the store and finally found mine. No apology from them for making the mistake.
2) Charged me $9 for a $6 dry cleaning bill. When i confronted, they said they made a mistake with the receipt
3) Asked for 20% more a jean alteration. I had my first jeans altered by them. I went within a week for the second pair, and they jacked up the price by 20% (in a week!!). When asked why more, i get the response, the prices have gone up.
