We've had our baby girl there since she was 3 months old. The teachers are warm, welcoming and my daughter has not had an issue. The staff communicate well and are extremely understanding and accommodating.

I am updating my previous review to single star. We had started our daughter here for private pre k program in august. The teacher for her class Ms Amber was simply amazing. After she left my daughter's class was combined with another private pre k class which was headed by Rubie. This lady should not be a teacher period. She treated my daughter like crap. We waited a couple months for the replacement teacher to take charge of my daughters class thinking things would get better.Erica was ok with our daughter but then they started combining both the private pre k sections atleast 80% of the time. Why are we paying for private pre k then ? But the main reason we pulled our daughter out of this place is because of Rubie! She is the absolute worst of them all. She puts kids in timeout if they don't do educational stuff correctly! Give me a break for 4 year old kids ?! I have witnessed it myself on the camera and provided feedback to Jenna! Ofcourse she didn't do anything about it. Rubie was so rude even to us parents, never one day wished us or talked to us nicely. As if she was doing us a favor. It came to a point where my daughter was so unhappy and sad all the time and didn't want to go to school. We are not the only parents who have complained about Rubie, there are other parents that we know personally who have done the same as well. We had to pull our daughter out after many incidents with Rubie and no action taken what so ever by management. As soon as we put our daughter in another school where teachers really love kids and want to teach them in a positive and loving environment has made a world of difference with our kid. Parents please do yourselves a favor and dont let your kids go through the trauma that our child went through. Please avoid this place for private pre k at all costs.

The director, Ms. Jenna, welcomed our family with a warm heart and every teacher at this facility is exceptional with student engagement. You can definitely rely on staff for live updates on all the happenings in your child’s classroom! This academy has top tier lesson plans that caters to every aspect of life. Our family really loves this school!

The time I went to pick up my grandson he was isolated because the teachers haven't been trained to properly deal with toddlers appropriately. A 2 yr old shouldn't be expected to act like a 5 or 6 yr old. My grandson is very tall for his age. He's learning how to properly interact with others. These teachers lack patience and strategy. Now I'm not sure if anything else played apart into the poor treatment of my grandson. However, I will only base my review on what I saw with my own eyes.

We love Kiddie Academy of Alpharetta, both of my kids have been going here since they were infants. I am thankful to all the teachers, staff and Ms. Jenna for always being so supportive and creating an environment where kids can be happy, learn, flourish, and parents can have peace of mind. Many thanks to Kiddie Academy of Alpharetta for being part of our journey for years!!

The kids are well taken care of at Kiddie Academy. My Princess enjoy learning and going to school at Kiddie Academy. She surprise me sometimes with the things she has learned. She started saying the months of the year one day and made it to Dec.

We have been with Kiddie academy for last couple of years and they have been good with us and our son despite all the Covid related issues. At some point the teacher churn was very high but now it looks a lot more stable. Neel loves Mr Rashida!

Alpharetta Kiddie Academy is the best daycare facility I have seen so far. They have huge space, own full fledged kitchen, big playground for kids. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. My daughter is going there for last 1.5 years and absolutely no issues. Moreover they have webcam facility which makes them very unique, parents can watch their kids there through out all time whenever they are in the classroom. I am absolutely super happy with their service and recommend parents to check them out.

It was okay while it lasted. Ms. Jenna, school director is a blessing for the daycare. Many new teachers, hardly any veteran teachers with experiences. One of many important things for our child is student-teacher relationship, but hard to find it here with constant staffs turnover.Food isn't the best quality compare to other nearby facilities.Although this has the highest Quality Rated in area, owner needs to find way to keep good teachers. They are the core of a daycare.

I highly would not recommend it! I encourage other parents to please look at other childcare facilities, and use this as your last option! I have had enough of how this daycare has treated with their lies.New Teachers in Toddler's class are not professional and have no experience !!! Young ladies are less patient with kids. They have no structure. Basically they put all the kids in one room to run around. They did not teach anything educational and in-fact my kid forgot everything whatever she knew before. And the daily report is just a Joke.Even though after discussing many many times about the potty training they were just putting on pull ups because they were so lazy to do it. Now my child, who is partially potty trained, refuses to sit on the potty seat.Beware of the initial tour with the front end desk are fakes too who just talk and show off but behind the scenes do nothing good. If you are a smart parent you will figure that out quickly.

Great place for your child to learn valuable lessons and information to help them socialize with other children. Lots of fun extras like Swim Day, Bounce House and fun theme-days to keep your child engaged and excited to go!
