Absolute worst customer service. No one calls back, no one emails back. I was in an accident and was trying to get information on my policy and what was and wasn't covered and took me literally almost 2 weeks for a reply, and the reply was. you need to call someone else. This is out of our hands. I have had state farm for home owners before and it was wonderful - clearly not from this agent... Not sure where all the nice glowing reviews are coming from but most certainly not from me. Sent an email 8 days ago with a question again about the payment, 5 days later no reply, sent another email today- shocker- No reply.Happy to be ending service with them this weekend.

Khue Huffman’s office and her staff have been handling our insurance needs for over 20 years. One person who stands out the most is a recent addition to their staff and that’s Dana Dellaera. She was wonderful in handling a recent claim and locating a body shop who was able to handle the repairs more swiftly. Khue Huffman and her team took excellent care of my parents insurance for years and years. As they began to age, I took over the chores of running their day to day financial stiff and had many occasions to reach out ask questions and interact with the staff. Always, they were very kind and professional, they got me the answers I needed. They showed they really cared for my folks. This is a top shelf team and you can have confidence they will be there when you need them. A+

My husband was trying to get in touch with them to change his policy on a new vehicle. He tried to call for 3 days (during the week) left messages. No one answered or called us back. Horrible service!
