I made a mistake with thinking the return policy allowed for refunds within 30 days, so PAY ATTENTION to the policy on the receipt. It's exchange or credit only. I do wish the team mentioned this at checkout, but lesson learned. Thankfully the lady working the morning of 7/31/24 made sure I had an exceptional experience otherwise, so thank you so much! I'll be back soon!

We celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday at this venue last weekend, and it was the most memorable one yet! Alex, Karli, and Lizzie warmly welcomed our girls, allowing them to unleash their creativity. Thanks for creating such a fabulous experience. Lynda @ the Alpharetta store was a true miracle worker! The necklace I wanted for MaryStockton’s confirmation, was unavailable at her store, but Lynda made it happen for us. Not only did she send monogram selections to me, but she also found a Kendra Scott store that had the necklace, set up monogram, and got it sent to me, a day earlier than planned! My granddaughters’special day was even more so because of Lynda’s extra efforts…she did not get credit for the sale, but she certainly went far beyond the call of duty. My daughter and I walked into this store during a special "girls night" staycation at the local Avalon Autograph hotel. My intention was to buy her something small and special as a treat. We were greeted by Maria who kindly explained where particular items were. My little one is a true "window shopper" and was enjoying taking her time, studying every piece of jewellery. Upon heading to checkout with her jewelry box, we met Alex at the cash. Her warm smile, glowing heart and sweet demeanor made our day! She asked my daughter if she was a good student (which she is) and proceeded to gift her with something very special after our short conversation. Alex's generosity and kindness brought tears to my eyes and my daughter will forever remember her experience at this KS store.The team of Alex, Lizzie and Maria who staffed the store the evening we were there, make an awesome, customer-service oriented team. It's rare to encounter such positive vibes these days. Experiences like these cement your loyalty with a service provider and we'll be sure to make this our go-to brick and mortar KS location.Special thanks again to Alex, the wonderful conversation we had and the imprint you created on my daughter and I.

I walked into the store with my mother. She and I had made a custom pair of heels on the custom wall. During the process, the lady asked if it was my mom’s birthday. She stated yes and would get 50% off of her earrings, making them about $$36. So we went up to the register, and the lady said the earrings were over $100 before the 50% off, and then now, somehow, they were 80 even after the 50% off. We were all confused, trying to get it explained to her. She could never explain to us why we were priced so wrong for a pair of earrings, nor was she willing to help explain it to us, nor was she willing to give us a discount for the earrings, even though the sales associate told us to stay wrong price multiple times that we were promised that these earrings were going to be 37. They were trying to make us buy it for $80. I don’t know how math can be that wrong. Can someone explain it to me lol?

Love this store and the jewelry. I want to give a shout out to Alex at the Avalon store. The kindness that she showed me today will not be forgotten. I was shopping for a bracelet for my mom (she has cancer) to give to my daughter for Christmas. Alex had no idea what a year it has been for us, but she showed the true meaning of Christmas today. May God bless you, Alex. I hope she is able to see the message. Merry Christmas!
