I had been in the store a few years ago when shopping for fabric to reupholster my outdoor furniture and the woman that helped me was very helpful. I'm looking to reupholster two oversized swivel chairs and arrived on a Thursday morning when the store opened. I was the only customer in there and I asked for help. One employee waved me in the direction of where to look and left eager to go and talk to the other woman who was the store manager. They casually chatted while I kept coming back to ask questions and get more help but they seemed bothered by me being there interrupting. One employee would pick up the phone and make phone calls instead or ignore me and the manager walked into her office busy and ignoring me too. I stood there for a bit waiting for one of them to finish but after 5 minutes I just up and left the store. Clearly they don't need my business. I won't be back.

I have to start out by saying, I do not have the decorator gene. Luckily, Karen's Fabrics has me covered. Melissa came to my house and was able to pull together gorgeous fabrics that will elevate the look of my home and fit into my budget. It made decorating tons of fun and not stressful at all.

I stopped in to Karen’s Fabrics yesterday after visiting 4 other fabric stores in the past 10 days. It was by far the best fabric store of them all. I was looking to reupholster 6 chair cushions and 2 stool cushions. I spoke with Judy and she was very helpful. She allowed me to check out a book to show my husband some options not in inventory and gave me a few samples of fabrics they had in store. I returned today to purchase the fabric and return the book and had another great interaction. The fabric is reasonably priced and they have a great selection. To my surprise I got an additional discount because the fabric was in the store. The store is so clean and well organized and everyone is professional and friendly. Next time I need fabric I will start at Karen’s

I also visited 7 other stores across ATL and Karen's fabrics definitely had the best assortment and customer service. I will be back next week to pick out my fabrics. I was going to sew my own cushions and they were able to also provide a list of vendors to use. They will be my go to place in ATL. Keep up the awesome customer service ladies!!

I also visited 7 other stores across ATL and Karen's fabrics definitely had the best assortment and customer service. I will be back next week to pick out my fabrics. I was going to sew my own cushions and they were able to also provide a list of vendors to use. They will be my go to place in ATL. Keep up the awesome customer service ladies!!

What an amazing store with such beautiful fabrics and terrific designers to help you with your selections. I have worked with Robyn and she's come to my home, taking measurements and will make sure everything's going to be perfect!! Karen does a terrific job of having a large selection!! Worth the drive up to Alpharetta from Atlanta for sure!!

Karen`s Fabrics has an excellent selection of Fabrics..The sales people are very friendly & very helpful..Judy Diamond is their Designer..She is a very talented outstanding lady..She designed window treatments for our new home & chose the perfect fabrics..Tony.. The installer hung everything perfectly..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Judy as your designer

We moved into a new home two years ago. I wanted a fresh look. Kelly put together a palette of colors and fabrics that I simply loved. I constantly receive so many compliments. Their sewing room does beautiful work in a timely fashion. Their recommended vendors have been spot on. I couldn't have done it without her and the amazing team at Karen's Fabrics. Stop by...you won't be sorry!!!
