First, waited 50+ minutes after the building opens to get a blood test, to find out none were scheduled. Fine. Then I saw Dr. John Lelli. Never have a met a doctor that was so indicative, so utterly representational of the problem with Kaiser doctors as this man. He did a few quick tests while more or less interrupting me and ignoring what I was saying and fiddling with his computer. Then he deferred giving an answer on anything to either my primary doctor or some other department. This man literally does not give a crap. His only goal is to get in and out quickly. He refused to even give orders for a blood test for physicals! I understand he's not my primary but that's silly. I don't even have a post visit summary anywhere in the system on the app.They were also supposed to give me another blood pressure test after the visit because my initial one was high. He didn't, even when I explicitly told them the nurses asked for that, he just sort of said he would ask someone to do that while walking off. Obviously I had to flag down a random nurse myself. The retest was fine.Kaiser doctors always seem overworked and try to get in and out quickly. I'm sort of used to that. But when they barely even listen to you and act like this? I think if my primary doctor visit ends up like this as well, I'm cancelling Kaiser and using another insurance. Thankfully my company has options, and Kaiser is getting too expensive to have visits like this.

Wouldnt see my mom as a patient and she came in very sick!!! And the waiting room was empty!! Ill never go here again!

Dr. Olderman is truly amazing! She always listens to my concerns and reassures me. She does not dismiss me or make me feel crazy for asking questions. Christen was our RN and she is so so sweet!

Awful long line.Only one person assigned.On top of that I was forced to wait in line again after I was forced to find my own if the counter medicine.Awful service.

I saw Dr Lelli 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Each time I attempted to ask a question about how I felt, he interrupted me. Finally, he told me he was running behind and to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor for next week, and all my questions would be answered at that time. I understand doctors get behind, but telling me he is behind and to save questions about how I currently feel until my next appointment is unacceptable.

My visit today went very well. Smartphone check in worked well, the appointment was within appointment timeframe. The Staff were very cordial and the Doctor was attentive to my medical concern.The Lab work was quick and courteous also. Overall experience was excellent. Thank You for all you do to support your patients.

I’ve had Kaiser for about four years now, and I have to say I am so pleased with the service and treatment I get from everyone of their facilities!! There is rarely a wait you get in and out, and they understand that time is valuable

After having a NOT so great experience with the ob-gyn department at the Kennesaw location I made moved over to Dr. Vivaldi and the staff at the Alpharetta ob-gyn. They have been nothing but outstanding. They have turned what was an awful experience into a hopeful being for the next chapter in my pregnancy journey. They are kind, caring and listen. I can't thank them enough for all they have done for us during this difficult time. ?

My visit to KP/Alpharetta today was a pre-operative exam with my primary care doctor.The visit was timely and informative. I appreciate the excellent care and concern that all KP medical staff provide. I am very satisfied with my KP membership.

Our family has been with Kaiser for 10 years, and we are very happy with the medical services that we have received. All the doctors, nurses, pharmacy staff and other associates are very professional and accommodating. I always feel that they listen to my concerns and provide the best medical care. Kaiser has been with us since our pre pregnancy journey, up to taking care of our two healthy kids, one in pre-, and one in 3rd grade. I delivered a premature baby (2.3lbs) and he stayed in the NICU for almost 3 months. Kaiser provided the best care team, specialists, service to make sure that our baby will grow healthy. Now, he's almost five and he is already within the normal curve. I am so grateful for working in an organization that offers Kaiser insurance to the employees. I know that we have other great otions, but I believe that choosing Kaiser Permanente is one of the best decisions that I have ever made for our family's health! Thank you Kaiser Permanente! ❤️

I come here to see Dr. Harwood and I cannot say enough nice things about her and her office team. They are always so gentle and kind. They make unpleasant visits mostly enjoyable. I feel heard and respected and like the whole team cares about my well-being. I wish everyone was able to have a dr like Dr. Harwood.
