I recently moved in and I love my apartment ❤️ ? the whole staff is very nice and personable they always make me feel at home , shout out to prisca for being amazing ? through the whole process. Also, the residents here are all very welcoming this is the best living experience I’ve ever had thank you guys so much for providing so outstanding customer service.

Please DONT WASTE UR MONEY MOVING TO THESE APTS, please read all the bad reviews, and decide, unfortunately we ignored them and now we are a regret tenants.
Luxury is just a word they use to trick u with nice pics on their website, the only “luxurious living area” they have is the pool, thats it!; walls, windows and roof are very thin (no soundproofing) basically u can hear ur neighbors breathing and steping easily; and if u have a loud neighbor then is a total nightmare. Apartments are dark and poor lighting, management is terrible (Emily / Veronika) they take easily 2-3 weeks to solve an issue that an efficient person will solve in 3 days, front desk people are helpful until you signed the contract, after that they dont “need u anymore” so they dont even try to help, everything has to be solved by appointments and non sense processes. Also, if u work from home keep in mind that gardening services are extremely loud and as apartments doesn’t have any soundproofing is just a nightmare to work from home when the gardening services are working, car and pedestrian gates are often open, most of the times u can access to buildings without restrictions, dog park is absolutely small and not well care, only good thing so far are maintenance people who were efficient; we are just waiting for our 6 months lease to go by fast so we can get out of here, PLEASE dont move here.

Horrible apartments
I am currently a juncture resident and happened to walk in building 500 for few times
3rd floor will have always trash especially 5304 tenants always keep trash outside…..i stopper going there after seeing trash always and asked my friend to meet outside….i am just giving an example…..

Bad managed beautiful community. The management quality is not as good as the community deserve. Building inside common area are not well maintained. Service call ignored or answered late. No need to discuss , just have the corridors cleaned at least once in a month , get the spider web, dead insects cleaned

The way they handle fines here is absolutely bizarre. They keep fining residents for things that shouldn't even be an issue. For example, one day, the valet trash service didn't pick up the trash, but they picked up the same trash the next day. As a resident, you get fined for this, supposedly violating trash rules. They give ridiculous descriptions like saying the trash bag is "stressed out" or something equally absurd. It's incredibly frustrating and unfair.

Not a good experience on maintenance. I had to put out request multiple times and the guy show up to fix the issue.
Most of the time web requests was completed before it fixed and seems like they are doing it on purpose and when I went to office they have no answer and they immediately start checking on computer and give bunch of excuses.
So Disappointed with the service!!
Before renting check with your friends and family who leased here!

I agree with most of the below negative reviews
Horrible apartments and it became more ugly with rude staff in leasing office….many complaints on untidyness due to trash sitting outside with roaches…if you go to complain or suggest on some thing they give rude responses…sometimes tenants like me feel like if we living here freely without rent or what….
I would have given less than one star but there ia no such option
Maintainance is rubbish too…

One of the worst property management companies
I have lived here for an year and moved out
I used to live in building 500 and i see 5304 apartment unit people are like throwing trash all days outside their door and made 3rd floor as trash hub and i have many times mentioned with leasing agents about this and they never addresses this issue….
Also
I see washrooms are sub standards and always see cockroaches due to untidy people renting in this apartment.
Do not get fooled by seeing pretty view from outside
Never recommend to any of my friends and families
