Great customer service overall from the whole journeys team the Co manager has great customer service greets you and make sure everything is ok with you and your order i had a great overall shopping experience!

I had a very bad customer experience at Journeys Kidz, North Point Mall. Last week my father and I went to the store, looking for a new pair of converse. A few days after the order, we started to notice that the quality of the shoe was bad and was falling apart. The border of the shoe was not glued on properly and the color was fading. I did not expect this from a shoe worth $70. I had only used the shoes 3 times, and only for walking. A week later we went back to the store to try and exchange it for a new pair. On our arrival we were treated rudely by the manager for even asking for an exchange. She asked us to call the customer care. We stepped out of the store and were discussing the issue with the customer care, who seemed ok with exchanging the shoes. She suddenly called us a disturbance and reported us to security, without any provocation from us. Although the security understood the problem and did nothing about it, it left us feeling horrible! I do not recommend purchasing shoes from Journeys Kidz. The customer service at the store by "the manager" is terrible.

Pretty awful experience. Very little help purchasing. The shoes fell apart after first wear. Tried to take back to the store and was yelled at by the woman working there. Tried to go through their customer service department. That was an unpleasant experience and took multiple follow ups and still trying to get everything resolved. Will never shop with the company again.

My 13 year old kid and her dad went into this store this evening to try on some shoes to get a feel for what she wants for Christmas. She hit a growth spurt recently so we are unsure exactly what size she wears. The plan was for him to find out which shoe and which size and I would go behind them and buy them.My family was not greeted upon arrival. They asked to try on a pair of shoes and the women behind the corner ROLLED THEIR EYES AT THEM and made a newer girl go by herself to grab them.My daughter wasn’t satisfied so asked for another pair to try on. The “manager” came out of the back room and said they would not pull any more items unless they are going to purchase them… Seriously? She was apparently super combative and would not provide her name.Terrible experience.We planned on buying 3 pairs of shoes from Journeys Kidz this Christmas. We will make our purchases elsewhere.

Customer service is phenomenal. Black rep there was awesome. Don't remember her name but she used to work @ Bath and Bodyworks. She deserves a serious raise. Very patient. Meets you with a smile.

My 9 yr old son and I went to the store(#7127) on 6/7/21. We had a wonderful experience with Dianna. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and easily answered all our questions. She was patient and she let my son make his own choices without making him feel rushed. Since he's been wearing so many velcro sneakers, he was a little rusty on tying his laces and she kindly reminded him how to do it! My son loves his new sneakers.. Thank you! We will gladly come back.

Worst customer service ever, I always buy my kids shoes at this location but lately the store has gone down with its customer service. There was two young ladies at the store and neither one of them could answer my questions I had about the products. The girl with the braids has a nasty attitude just stands around looking at people walk by the mall and pretends to be fixing stuff. I don't know if the other girl that had blue or green streaks on her hair was the manager but I didn't even dare to ask never going to shop at this location again! As a manager myself these employees will not be working at my store with that attitude they have very disappointed. At the moment of the purchase I decided to leave the shoes because I don't want to spend my money on a location likeThis.
