Lady answering the phone was rude. I had a missed call from her place of business. I called back, stating who I was and before I could even tell her why I called, she stated she didn't have a chimney and hung up on me. Have the day you deserve ma'am.

I like this store, and have purchased there before. I have been attempting to make another purchase for the past two days to find them closed at 5:35 pm on Monday and Tuesday. This is January - no special holiday week and I called multiple times.If hours of operations says open to 6pm, they should be open to 6pm...
