My experience working with Alison was insightful. She did a comparable analysis of my current policies with like State Farm policies providing a complete comprehensive within the proposal. She was very thorough in explaining the need to increase my coverages based on current market replacement costs and liability. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. What a wonderful experience. Ask for Alison.

I switched to State Farm and the Jon Jones agency a few years ago and have had a great experience! There’s been no costs added or mysterious price increases like other insurance companies I’ve worked with in the past. Also, the team is great to work with. Recently, Domenica helped me add some additional coverage and it was so fast and easy.

Me and my Dad had the pleasure of working with Domenica Angel this afternoon. She was extremely helpful in breaking down each case and circumstance to find me the best coverage for my priorities, and budget. She went way above and beyond to make sure that I understood each and every detail which was awesome as a first time car buyer. Thanks to her working into this evening, I was able to drive my newly purchased vehicle home from the dealership. I look forward to working with her again!

Bruno was the agent I needed. After 22yrs I was dealing with car and rental insurance by myself. A great deal has changed in 22yrs and I just didn’t understand the car insurance world and certainly not rental insurance. Bruno broke it down…explained each line and did not make me feel like a dummy if I asked a question. He was so patient. Bless him for that…Lolol I truly felt like I was in great hands during a time, for me, that I needed a great agent to walk me through. Thank you, Bruno…you are the best!

I have a Multiple Policies with Jon Jones, State Farm, so naturally I enquire a lot with them. One big satisfaction for me is Yvonne, she is not only Highly Efficient but one of the sweetest person You can talk to. She will soothe You with her talk and make You forget Your issues whatever You may have. I highly recommend Jon Jones for State Farm and one of the reasons is very much Yvonne. Jon & his team are top notch.

I have been working with Domenica Angel at the agency to transfer my State Farm auto insurance from Illinois to Georgia and obtain homeowner's insurance for my first townhouse. She has been absolutely wonderful during this process so far. Domenica diligently walked me through the details of each quote and is clearly knowledgeable of this business. She has been very helpful in my evaluation of the best coverage options to meet my needs. Being pretty new to the area, I could not have requested friendlier or more efficient customer service.
