Do not bother calling because no one answers. Sometimes, it's opened on time. The website for booking also doesn't work.I bring my grandmother for a wash and cut simple services is good enough for this when they are available.

This place has ZERO customer service! I ordered something online to pick up in store. They said I had to stand in the returns line to pick up my item. ABSURD PROCESS. Will never do this again

Would not recommend going to this place of a salon. The place is always empty and for a good reason. The staff are in a rush and unpleasant as well as unskilled. Dont waste your time asking for anything bc you'll get whatever they want to do. I got my hair highlighted yellow and couldn't even get my hair blow dryed bc the manager wouldn't "allow" it. They let you walk out with wet hair. What a joke.

I always go to JCP salon for my hair and get highlights. I just wanted to say the stylists do a good job when they listen and do what I'm asking for. But sometimes there is a stylist who thinks they know what's best for me and is afraid if they bleach my hair it will damage it so I get swindled into doing what they want and end up paying for something I didn't want and don't like. Just know to stick to your guns. If you want your hair bleached don't let the stylist talk you out of it, no matter how many years experience they have. I give 3 stars because I've had good experiences with the ones who have listened and bleached my hair as I asked.

The clientele isn't huge so they amp up the prices to make up for what they're lacking in profits. I had a simple service done and was charged a super RIDICULOUS price for it. They're methods of styling are old school and the water was cold. I went as a go between my usual stylist because this place is closer to me. My regular salon is further away. To add insult to injury my hair doesn't even feel good after being over charged a few days ago. I should have followed my instincts. If you're used to quality service for your buck, stay away from this place.

Please at all cost STAY AWAY from the jcp hair salon in North Point mall Alpharetta, Ga-30022. The stylist there don't stay longer than a few months. They just up & leave without any notice let alone a 2 weeks notice. The salon mgr (Ms.Anne) doesn't bother to call clients to let them know, you show-up for your appointment & told: "oh she (the stylist) doesn't work here anymore?? That'a a problem! In the past year i've been through 4 stylist, and they are no longer there with no notification. RIDICULOUS! I don't know if it's because they don't get enough hours therefore not making money or they just don't like working there i"ve yet to get a straight answer. the prices for services are pretty reasonable if your stylist is not a "master stylist", which to me only mean they put in the time to work there but the service is still the same. Just a reason to jack-up the prices. Take your money & "get your hair done somewhere else". Find a hairdresser that enjoy they're employer & employment, cares about "you" the client & truly want to help you have long lasting healthy hair. I've learned my lesson only wish i didn't wait so long to do it.
