Was a State Farm customer for over 12 years for both home and auto. Mostly had a good experience while at an older agency which I ended having to change due to relocating. Jay’s agency has been a huge disappointment during the five years I was a customer. Every renewal while at Jay’s I received nothing but huge premium increases. This started even before the whole pandemic where everything went nuts and prices soared all over. Every time I contacted Jay he was not helpful at all and just showed arrogance and used jargon to try and convince us that our rates were the lowest in the market at the coverage level. While we are aware with all the insurance scams and tactics they use to get customers to switch and then gradually raise rates. We were just not happy and practically offended by his arrogance, lack of empathy, and lack of effort to work anything out. Prior to Jay’s agency I had nothing but good experience with State Farm and should of probably tried another agency in the area prior to switching companies all together, but just became to frustrated with the his agency and Stare Farm in general. While we do understand the times and everything going on. State Farm does not seem to be the same company it once was. They no longer seem to value their longtime customer who have minimal claims and who do not even drive 3k miles a years. Any how make sure you shop around and consider other insurance companies as well as the tools available to help you get the best coverage at the best price. Just don’t listen to folks who think they know it all and don’t really care about what’s in the best interest of their customers.

I had State Farm/Jay Williams for 30+ years before I switched to Nationwide a year ago. I was looking to lower my rates. I didn't want to leave the fantastic service I'd always received at State Farm, but price-wise I needed to make a change. Then today, Nationwide showed their true colors. I would have been in a serious bit of trouble had I gotten on the roadway. As a former police officer, I was shocked at how they handled the call. I called my old State Farm family and Trina saved me. She got me set up with a new policy right away, emailed me temporary cards and sent a link for a defensive driving course to reduce my rate a bit. Not only that, she's also going to put together a quote for my homeowner's insurance to check a bundle rate. Thanks Trina! Jay, give her a raise or send her to lunch on you, she did a great job handling my frantic self.

Very nice office! Jay has been my insurance guide for 18 years and counting! He has coached me and my husband through difficult conversations to help us protect our family, and he's been there in those difficult and devastating situations when we needed to activate our insurance policies. Jay's team is knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and thoughtful. They make all business matters easy for me. Most things can be done remotely too.

Do not be fooled into thinking that Jay Williams will be of any help when you actually need him. We were clients for years and when a horrific auto accident totaled our car and incurred medical expenses, Jay Williams was not helpful nor responsive. He will meet with you in a second if he can sell you something, but when you actually need your insurance policy to kick in, don’t count on him to be there. We had to hire an attorney in order to collect the State Farm insurance claim payout. Shameful.

They make you feel welcome. I've never met Jay, but his staff is really helpful and friendly.. They're there to help you anyway they can to get the best coverage for you personally. I feel like I'm in good hands!!

I've been with J Williams for a while I've only had to make a claim a couple of times and never had an issue with Jay Williams In fact my daughter is with Jay Williams .
