Great experience here. Went in for a pre-purchase inspection, and they were thorough and took a bunch of pictures. I asked to take a look while it was in the air and they took me out there and showed me a bunch of stuff as well as answered a bunch of questions both while I was out there and after the service and I had paid. I swear I had to be annoying with the volume of questions but both the mechanic who was working on it (whose name is slipping my mind) and Tim (I think that was his name) were very willing to chat and help me out with decision of buying the car vs not and what sort of the things to ask for. They were very measured and seemed not to want to push me one way or another but just to make sure I had all the info I needed.
Other customers I talked to in the lobby loved them too which was a good sign. One person noting on their honesty.

Chase and his crew did an excellent job fixing my Infiniti! My car failed emissions, and not only did they fix it at a good price, but they took it to an emissions place and it passed. They didn't have to do that, and it's above and beyond! Excellent communication the whole time. I HIGHLY recommend Japanese Automotive Pro Svc!

These guys are amazing. They are very kind and respectful. I'm tired of being disrespected everytime I need more than a simple oil change at other shops. I just want people who care. They care. You can tell by how they speak to you. Great work done very quick at the right price. I can't speak highly enough. Chase handled all the communication with me and genuinely cared to help me out. Eric was the mechanic who finished my car in record time even though they needed to order replacement parts. This place is worth your time and money.

Larry and his team are the best. Other places will tell you post oil change that you need $2000k of “maintenance” work. Larry could do the same but that is not his character. He only does what is needed. There is such value in having honest folks that care! Ty to Larry and his team. A real jewel in northeast Louisiana.
