Do not purchase from this store. Very cheap quality for the prices. Also, every time I try to do a return in store “the system can’t process it”. Customer service is terrible and their hours are limited. There are better brands out there that offer great customer service.

If I could give this store 0 starts I will def do!Today I had the worse experience at the store, as soon as I walk in with my son and husband ( my son was in his stroller watching a movie ) immediately the woman who was working there told me to turn off the volume of the tablet, like no hello how are you or anything like that, I believe the store is for kids and how you going to have someone working there that doesn’t like noises, it’s ridiculous! I always buy online and they have beautiful clothing but they should definitely hire different staff, customer service is the worse in the store in Alpharetta. Very disappointed!

Cute traditional preppy seasonal semi formal to formal children’s clothing at mid range prices. Hilariously racist staff who desperately fawn over white customers while looking at customers of color with disdain. Does make me pause before spending my money here especially since there are so many other adorable children’s clothing stores around the Atlanta metro area.

Entered the store and the man working at the front completely disregarded us and did not greet us. A white family walks in a few seconds later and he greets them happily immediately after they enter and is asking them if they need any help. It was clear he didn’t treat us the same because he is racist and islamaphobic(he saw my mom wearing a hijab and gave dirty looks). On top of that the phone started ringing and he was walking so slow to answer it and huffing and puffing when he answered it. Like if you don’t want to do your job just leave. Disgusting customer service. Will never return.

Prices in the store are higher than sale prices on the Janie and Jack website. They won’t price match their own website.

Since they updated their system recently any store credit cards were issued last year April cannot be used in store anymore and customer needs to spend a long time to get with customer service to change it to E-Gift Card. When they update system it is their responsible to find a way to track the store credit card and make it to be able to use it in store with their new system. Really frustrated.

I had the most unpleasant experience at this store today. I went by with the desire of shopping a lot as I am leaving country so I needed stuff for the whole session. I was with my mom and my baby…it was heavy raining outside and suddenly baby start crying even though he was feed already.I politely asked the ladies 3-4 times if I can sit somewhere, I wanted to sooth baby down or try to breastfeed him, they totally ignored me and they did not replied to what I was saying. They look like they were so bothered and disgusted of me. I did not made any scenes, just left…surprised by how heartless some people can be and surprised how this people can make it in such a competitive business!

I buy all of my 3 year old daughter’s special occasion dresses at this Janie & Jack store!!! ??❤️? Not only because of the GORGEOUS clothes, but also because of the super nice, friendly, helpful employees like Jerry (hope I spelled her name correctly!). We haven’t had her Christmas pics taken yet in her new J&J blue velvet dress, but this is an old pic of one of her BEAUTIFUL J&J Easter dresses. THANK YOU!!! ???

I would like to say thank you to Correy who helped my husband and I out on picking Christmas dress for our daughter & a matching top/vest with a green bow for our son . This was our first time going into this store & we felt welcome . Correy thank you for giving me some ideas for my whole family outfits for our Christmas photoshoot. Don’t buy at any of their retail stores! It’s a total rip off! The prices in the store is triple the price from their website. I’m going to return the items I bought and shop with other companies because it’s a complete rip off. A dress that is $20.99 on line was sold for $35.99 with a 20% discount code. Please save your money and buy better clothing with Zara or with Nordstrom! I called customer service and they couldn’t even price match it. And as soon as you walk in they’re on top of you all over the store as if you’re going to steal. Very uncomfortable!
