I am very enthusiastic to us my Jam app and their Jam heart monitor everyday that i go to the gym. I have tried to exercise at the gym without any consistency for many years. I got bored and did not concentrate on working out so the duration of my workouts was about 30 minutes. The Jam's app is so well-organized, extremely flexible and so easy to use. I typically workout for over an hour now on the elliptical and then continue at numerous weights due to this app. I love the app's desktop layout as it gives you so many readings. The app summarizes your workouts and shows how much time and % time that you spend in different zones (ex: 60-70%, 70-80%, 80-90% of your maximum heart rate). You can take it anywhere inside or outside. I can's speak highly enough about the success that this simple extremely motivating workout tool has done for me. My gym, Anytime Fitness runs his app locally so all can see their results on numerous monitors throughout the gym while working out. The TV monitors show the zone that you are in, your heartbeat and # calories burned in real time. That same information is on the app on your device. You can take it anywhere and see this useful information. Excellent app and monitor system!

Love the fact they have TVs at every station showing you have to do the workout before you start! Its like having a personal trainer every step of the way?

I like the fact that this is 24/7 facility and Mike has been providing health tips on weekly basis as well as the staff very supportive. Best thing about Jam Fitness is that you get workout email immediately after your workout. This helps track your fitness goals with time spent at gym and the calories burned.

I always have the BEST workout when I go to JAM. JAM provides its members with an experience that has the same intensity as Orangetheory, but the flexibility of a gym without scheduled classes at an amazing price. Whether I work out for 30 minutes or an hour, I always leave the gym feeling like I got the best workout to start my day off. I love being able to change my workouts conveniently online and see my stats and goals. I brag about this gym to all my friends. I highly recommend it!! The concept of this gym is significantly better than any other place I have tried.

What I love best about JAM is that no matter where you are in your exercise/fitness journey, JAM can provide a plan for you! Workouts can be customized to your fitness level and/or injury AND the plan changes as you become more fit or your injury heals AND the workouts never get old! The variety is amazing! JAM has an answer for everyone young and old, fit or not!

I have been a member of JAM fitness for 4 years. I absolutely love it and have watched the club go from good to great!! Mike is awesome and the members are a family. I recommend JAM a hundred percent. This concept is the future of fitness clubs.

I have been a member of JAM for 4 years and I have never been happier. Mike is a great trainer and came up with an excellently concept. He revolutionized circuit training program and made them so convenient and affordable. Each workout can be customized as you want or stick to cardio machines. I love having all my workouts in a wrist band, videos showing me how to do the exercises and how many calories I burned along with my heart rate. Excellent idea.
