My recent visit to the J.Crew store at Avalon in Alpharetta was unfortunately not an isolated incident. This disappointing experience marked yet another instance of poor customer service at this particular location.Despite being loyal patrons of J.Crew, my family and I have consistently encountered neglectful treatment at the Avalon store. Once again, during our most recent visit on March 21, 2024, around 7:30 pm we were ignored by the staff for nearly 20 minutes, with no one bothering to engage with us even after my attempts to initiate conversation.The presence of a staff member wearing a blue and white striped T-shirt only added to the frustration, as he too failed to acknowledge our presence or offer any assistance. It’s disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy in a retail environment.This recurring pattern of neglect underscores a systemic issue with customer service at the Avalon J.Crew store. As loyal customers, we expect better treatment and a more welcoming atmosphere. Unless significant improvements are made, my family and I will have no choice but to take our business elsewhere.I urge J.Crew management to address these ongoing concerns and prioritize customer satisfaction at the Avalon location. Customers should feel valued and respected during their shopping experiences, and it’s clear that there is much room for improvement in this regard.

The associates don’t greet/ assist you here. They weren’t busy, but did not greet us or ask if we needed help… also basically just stood there gathered around talking as we left.

Just left that store and they are OUTStanding. MacKenzie helped me find the last three swimsuits in clearance and she didn’t stop looking until she found them. The customer service is exceptional and I highly recommend. Thanks guys!

My husband I walked in to find a jacket. We had to flag down an employee she responded by saying we may have some in back, let me check ....and then proceeded to go start folding pants for 5 minutes. We stood there and I decided we should leave, it was rude. She then said, when we started walking out "I'm going to check." .. No thank you we will go somewhere else. It's a Monday morning not busy and folding pants over customer service and no communication??? bad impression and experience.

The staff at this store was so helpful- I accidentally shipped an order to their store and they went above and beyond to help me fix something that was my mistake. Each person I spoke to was knowledgeable and kind. Great customer service experience.
