I cashed several business checks on their app no problems.I tried cashing another business check on their app they approved my check then closed my account. My check was already voided so I couldn’t cash it nowhere else so had to wait 2 days to speak with someone. Do not use this company.

I tried to cash a check and was having some problems but after a few phone calls I got it resolved. If you call them you have to stay on the line or they won’t answer. I called about 4 or 5 times but I eventually got someone. I’m glad I got my money. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again.

I called well over 5 times to get in contact with a representative and not ONCE did anyone pick up the phone. If you don’t like your job. Find a new one!!! As someone who worked at as a sale representative it’s not rocket science and most these problems are easy fixes! Find something you want to do and stop wasting others time.

I've always been able to successfully deposit/cash check. There was a glitch in the matrix yesterday and I couldn't cash my check through the banking app I use ingo app with. It was frustrating but I called customer seguy named Jordan M. Fixed the problem,cashed the check and was everything and more a customer rep should be! Thanks Jordan !!!

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST THING IVE EVER DEALT WITH. NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, EMAILS, NOTHING. THEN WHEN THEY DO DECIDE TO ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS, THEY DON'T HAVE ANY ANSWERS AND CAN NEVER REFUND YOU.

They instruct you to void your check only to then deny the deposit. Customer Support conveniently always unavailable. If you want your money, don't trust this company.

Everything worked until I went to pickup my funds. The sender, INGO MONEY, refused pay the receiver. Must wait 30+ days to be compensated instead. Terrible experience. Money Gram mistakenly cancelled the transaction. Clearly INGO money has proof. They refuse to resubmit the transaction until after they get MY money from MoneyGram in 30 days. This was an unexpected change of events at the very last step of receiving my funds for pickup at MoneyGram. The agent mistakenly cancelled the transaction. There is proof of the cancellation. Yet they refuse to honor their commitment to sending my funds to me from the check they cashed. Now I have $530.00 in limbo for at least 5-6 weeks.

never use they will deny your check after u write void on it lost 2 grand do to this and will never use again and advise u don't either

Can't get their system right for check cashing then can't help you even tho their system wants you to void the check before you can even receive your funds!!!
