Quick and fast service! My garage door spring broke, which trapped my car in my garage. Within an hour of submitting a service request I had contact from the leasing office and they had the garage door vendor come out on a Saturday morning to fix the door.

The work was completed with satisfaction. Staff is super skilled and understands the problem at hand very well. They suggest tips and tricks to prevent similar issues from resurfacing. They are very prompt and friendly to the residents. They are true assets to IMT Stoneleigh community.

The front office people were great from the initial viewing of available units all the way thru moving in. They were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The unit was super well prepped for our move-in so our new apartment looks and feels brand new. Great experience overall

I have lived here since 2021, and I’d love to live here as long as I can. I have even moved within the property because I enjoy it so much. I have never had any issues with management at all. They are ALL super nice and communicative. My emails have always been responded to within 24 hours, sometimes even within an hour or two. When I needed to end my lease and move into a different unit, Cheyenne Parchment was very helpful at answering my questions and getting me & my friend set up with a new lease. I also have pets and they treat all my pets kindly. The leasing staff all know my name and even my dog’s name. It really helps me feel comfortable talking to them any time I have any questions or concerns, which is honestly pretty rare. Even the maintenance staff are really kind and helpful. Nearly all my maintenance requests have been fulfilled within 1-2 days, except when I make them during the weekends (all non-emergency maintenance requests. I have personally not had an emergency, thankfully).
I also would like to add that as a young woman, I feel very safe living here. We are gated and the community is full of families. You’ll even find people enjoying night walks with their families with no worries or concerns for safety.
All in all, I love living here, and as I said, I’ll probably be looking for ways to stay in this community as long as I can!

Nikki is one of the most Kindest, friendly, Courteous, Leasing Agent I Have ever met. She knows her Job and does it well she goes beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your Apartment

Lived here for 5 years and enjoyed every second of it. Maintenance is super attentive and quick to respond. Most recently had some sink trouble and Cade got it replaced in no time!

Very nice place. Good size apartments. Nice and clean. Good supportive friendly community. Supporting staff. Helpful maintenance crew. Mr. Ira on the maintenance management staff is really helpful, does a great job, very soft spoken.
