We have worked with Jim almost 650 days and just completed our second engagement .After spending about 18 months working with us to find a home, Jim just helped us sell our home. He walked us through the process, was diligent in preparation including the market assessment, provided guidance on the listing and explained everything we had questions on.Jim also worked to showcase our house with staging advice/assistance and guidance there as well. Jim followed up on action items in a reassuring manner and we couldn't be happier.Closing went smoothly - If we go through this again - we're calling Jim Hulsey.

Jim Hulsey went the extra mile as our real estate agent. We weren’t sure where we wanted to live we just new we wanted away from the congestion. Jim was willing to make the drive to show us homes in more remote areas. He was able to tick off all the boxes on our wish list. We are thrilled with our new home. He has now given us some great suggestions as we prepare to put our old home on the market.

Jim is very knowledgeable about the market place and listened to my needs, desires and concerns before he showed me any property. He worked very diligently to address the issues that I expressed; and, showed me homes that he felt would meet my expectations. I didn’t feel any pressure to hurry my decision in the purchase of my home. When he showed me the home, that I eventually purchased, he helped me to see how it was my dream home. He worked with me to negotiate a great deal with the seller. He put me into contact with a firm to do the inspection on the property; and, then addressed the issues, found by the inspector, to the seller. All issues were resolved to my satisfaction. He continued to keep me informed of what was going on all the way through closing day. He is an honest and dedicated man that makes every effort to help his clients feel good about their experience with him. He is the best Real Estate agent that I have ever worked with.

Jim Hulsey was recommended to me by a professional colleague who is also a long-time friend. Her statement was that "...he strives to find the exact home that is uniquely for the client." He did exactly that for me though I was living in Texas at the time. He and I worked remotely because of Covid. He never tried to dissuade me from any of my "must haves". I mentioned an area that I had looked at in the 90s. Amazingly a perfect small home, two-bedroom, no stairs, with a two-car garage, was just being built---right after I started the search with Jim. In July, I closed on the home. It is beautiful beyond description with wildlife and scenic views. Though the process offered challenges, Jim was the consummate professional, steering me through various procedures and requirements. He truly enjoys finding the home that "fits" the client. The home is beautiful, and the fortunate experience of having Jim as a realtor has made finding it a reality.
