Kimberly Strickland is the manager of the North Point Parkway and she was my second horrible experience with an H&R Block employee today. Ms. Anjana is a lovely woman and had a family emergency and our appointment was cancelled. It appears Ms. Anjana is the only professional and detail oriented employee who works for H&R BLock. I will definitely find another company to do my taxes next year. H&R Block has very poor customer service and apparently poor training.

I don't like Treasure hunts, but when you fine a gem like Kimberly Strickland you don't mind the hunt.

Things started out well. The tax prep lady even seemed friendly in the beginning. I had two years of tax preparation and she was aware of it. I even asked her if I needed to make a separate appointment for one of them but she said she had no problem working on both at the same appointment. During tax prep, she realized she had to redo one of them which is fine because it’s important to me that it was done accurately. However, she started changing her attitude I guess because it was taking longer than she thought.She was literally rushing towards the end, I wasn't even given enough time to gather the documents and put them all in my bag. I did not appreciate the attitude and lack of professionalism. I hired H&R block to do these taxes and paid them nearly $300 for the two year tax preparation. I deserved better, but they will not see me back in this office or any other H&R block office again.

I waited 45 min after my appointment time. For Betty to basically tell me she didn't want to do my refund because she knew I wanted to compare with turbo tax. Regardless I came there and asked her proceed with the process she gave me an estimate price and I wanted to continue.she refused to continue and stated they don't do that and she has other clients and for me not to waste her time.she just didn't want to do them for me and she ended up saying that in the end because she felt I was wasting her time.
