Really nice store and great location. I brought my Honda mower in for a repair, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to complete my repair in the timeframe they stated. Very professional in my opinion.

I have had two recent experiences with Howard Bros. Alpharetta and both times it had been an excellent. experience. This past Spring I waslooking for a replacement blade for my 25 year old Honda mower. Due to the age of my Honda mower it was hard to find the correct blade. Chris was greatIn resrarchig to find the right blade and installed it for me. Today I took my battery mower along with an extra blade that came with the mower which I had purchased from another retailerand one of the persons working at the counter (I can't remember his name) had David install my blade for me and did not change me to do so. This is really great customer service and when I need to purchase any power equipment in the future I will be doing so from Howard's I Have already recommend them to a couple of my friends and will continue to do so. Thanks Howard's Alpharetta.

I’ve taken my less than 1 year old Honda lawn mower to them 3 times for the same issue, and it’s still having the same issue. I’ve now contacted Honda public relations because this is who they referred us to for warranty repairs and to notify them they should switch repair companies. Don’t take your items here. Manager wouldn’t even take our call.

Howard Brothers employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. Salesmen spent extra time making sure I knew all about the equipment. They have the best price on EXmark mowers.

08.30.22• So I went to p/u my edger/wack combo engine on Sat. I cooked that KM-56-RC into the ground. The counter guys had to deliver their condolences of my deadKM-56-RC. "We've got it in the back. You taking the remains with you"?I about fell on the floor.What's impressive to me is that everyone works together as a team.Specifically, I noticed in the work order/ ticket that someone forgot to remove. On the ticket, the mechanic working on my engine quickly determined that the "Fix vs. New" cost, it's obvious that new is the way to go. Bottom line, these guys could have hammered me, but instead & inadvertently left an internal ticket of sorts on the handle that unequivocally shows honest guys doing honest business. I thank you gents!So I just bought new stuff. If my wife calls, I was never there !Howard Brothers in Alpharetta is Disney with lawn equipment.The Service Dept is always exceeding expectations for me. Staff ... Incredible !!!!I could spend hours in this store. More inventory than I had time to look at in 30min. So, so many makes, models and variety. Very difficult to decide what to purchase.Place is Pure Panache with a side of2 cycle gravy on the side !

Okay, I've never been IN the store since I live out of town. However, I did contact the store on several occasions looking for a price on a mower for my brother-n-law, who lives in the area. They initially responded about the hours of operation on Labor Day (they were closed) since I was in town and wanted to run by, but after sending two separate messages about a price request, I never heard back from them. Sooooo, I wil give them 2-stars. I'd be happy to change it if they simply responded to my request for a price!

I can't compliment the staff here enough. Every time I've been in there seems like I'm in need of some obscure thing, and they rise to the challenge. Well stocked inventory of parts, supplies, and always have a good record keeping system to look up my historical purchases when I can't remember that name of something I bought before I need to buy it again. Manager Chris Chester is fully invested in the stores success and realizes very evidently that that comes from being pleasant and helpful to customers which he is above and beyond. I needed to pick up a piece of equipment I purchased one Friday ended up getting there 15 minutes after closing and he was kind enough to not push me off till Monday but wait for me for a minute and I was very very grateful.

Great experience purchasing my new mower from this local family owned business. Everyone was super friendly and hospitable, and Doug delivered the mower to my house. He showed me how to operate everything and even came out again a week later when I had a question about it. Will definitely shop with them more in the future
