I bought a half boneless ham from the Macon ga store. I spent $66 on a ham that had no flavor, I could of bought one from Walmart for a lot less , when i gave my order, the young man brought my ham out and it was dropping. He said, just a little of its juice. I didnt think anything about it untill i got it out christmas eve evening to serve and the juice was all of the glaze on my ham. The hame literally was naked. Called the store and the , we had to eat the ham, its what was for dinner. Never again!!! Extremly bad cystomer service!!make mgr said i can bring what was left and hed replace that part. What about all the ham that we ateWhenbimoney.

Ordered $5000 worth of corporate gift baskets...this was a nightmare. Not everything was delivered and placing the order was a hassle.

I've been buying Honeybaked Ham for years, no more now! While visiting my family in Tennessee, I preordered a ham at the Washington Pike location 3 weeks in advance, I told her on the phone that I wanted to pay in cash and I didn't mind waiting in line for my order as she was really pushing me to prepay on the phone. When I arrived the day before Thanksgiving, I was met with someone telling me they had sold out and only if I had prepaid on the phone would I be receiving a Ham, and if not that I was basically out of luck, or I could go out of my way, 45 minutes away , to go to another location and get one. Why on earth would I do that?? The manager at that location should have gotten on the road and went to another location to replenish what was promised to people like me who had a reservation code, so now I'm out of my thanksgiving dinner, thanks a lot...I've told as many people as possible about my horrible experience with Honeybaked Ham.

From the moment I walk into the store, it was clear that not one of the 5-6 employees wanted to help me (including the manager that was standing right. This was the absolute worst customer service I've received in a while. I purchased my $90 half of ham, then I was told that the glaze packets was discontinued. Then I asked to use my BOGO for the sandwich. The manager made it a point to make my sandwich. It had two little pieces of ham DEFINITELY not a $10 sandwich. I have images...Not only was the customer service disgusting, I was cheated out of the BOGO because it looked like she took half of the meat from 1 sandwich and split it into 2. I just had a $100 ham for Thanksgiving but I will never even think about your sandwiches ever again. That manager shouldn't work with the public if she doesn't like people of color (and that's putting it mildly). When I'm done with this survey, I'm posting this to all my Google accounts. That's a shame because you have a good product. I hate to say it but she made your BOGO, BOGUS!

I've been calling corporate since day before Thanksgiving,the manger at one of their stores,just start snapping at Me because my uncle went to pick up my order and they tell I need the order but it got deleted.i didn't that would be a problem cause it was under my name and phone,I'm disabled so I couldn't go up there on my own.so I was disappointed because I love the Ham,I been leaving messages no reply

I purchased a ham on Wednesday in Montgomery,AL for our Thanksgiving dinner and I was highly disappointed. The honey glaze crumble that is normally around the ham was extremely hard and was not stuck to the ham it had all fallen off the entire ham! The first quarter of the ham was dried and hard. I was devastated because the ham is a staple in our family dinner. After paying $90 for a ham I don’t feel this should have happened.

I’ve been ordering from this company for over 15 years and this year was the worst customer service was horrible two different lines only one person for the pick up and orders and three people taking care of the prepaid which was ridiculous after asking to speak with a manager a young lady finally came out and told the crowd they were making the prepaid customer priority long story short when I opened my turkey to serve my family this was our turkey every thing was closed completely ruined our Thanksgiving this was the Stuart Florida location thanks but no thanks

I’ve been buying Honey Baked Hams since the 70’s.Never Ever again, I’m not sure what has happened, Hickory NC is the worst,I bought in Miss. and Tennessee before moving here with no problems and the ham was amazing.It was always a great experience,I gave them another chance this year,IT WILL DEFINITELY BE MY LAST!

Worst experience ever, prepaid for ham and they didn't have it ready when they emailed and said it was ready (company guarantee?) Failed! Get there and I'm told to come back later? Ollie the GM of the store on Cherry Hill rd in Canton MI was like talking to a 2 year old. I try to call corporate and guess what? Not taking calls? Try to leave a review on the local site and you have to have a receipt Horrible business!!!

I want to get lunch at one of their locations in Ellijay and was refused service due to being close to Thanksgiving they weren't serving sandwiches which is ridiculous call the corporate line several times to no avail seems like they don't care about their customers lost a customer for life

This is Honey Baked Ham Corporste office. I have contacted this office on several occasions. This office was no help. I have been expecting my refund for 2 weeks now. I visited the Perimeter West in Sandy Springs Ga location on my lunch break,I didn't like the service I received from the manager. It appear he was having a bad day I didn't like the service after purchase I requested a refund I paid with my credit card. Heattempt to keep the refund and thepurchase reciep tI asked to take a picture of reciepts .I have not gotten my refund it has been 15 days. I keep getting excuse after excuse
