reat location close to offices and retail.Check in was easy and pleasant, our Hilton status wasn’t recognized which rarely happens at Hilton properties. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed very comfortable.Bathroom was stocked with toiletries.Mini kitchen had all the stuff you’d need for an extended stay.Breakfast had a good selection of hot food and the norm. There was one annoying thing in the lobby, there was a recurring advertisement for the hotel touting it’s benefits and it played over and over.Overall good experience.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood close to everything in beautiful Alpharetta! Property very clean with great staff who were always willing to help. Very comfortable beds. Never heard a sound overnight. Lots of parking. We brought a small RV and had no problem finding space to park. Very pet friendly. Will stay there again!

Booked a room with a "full kitchen" and they provided me with a hot plate and the tiniest, joke of a, scratched up, Teflon leeching skillet I've ever seen... with no lid.The staff was apathetic to my request for a cooking vessel large enough to actually feed an adult, citing "Hilton policy". Terrible customer service. If you actually need to or plan to cook anything, skip this hotel. Management doesn't care if your stay is as advertised because they have ticked all the corporate requirements.

Hotel itself was nice. Manager was parked in front of the entrance and was in a hurry and rude. Poor customer service ruins a nice place to stay. When I asked about my charge because she did not explain or offer any type of receipt she got very irritated. The pull out couch that my son slept on was broken.

Hosted a family union there last summer and the attendant at the front desk quit in the middle of his shift because he was getting an attitude with everyone and people were complaining. The GM asked my brother to stay at the front desk until they could get someone there. I called back this year to host there again and the GM wont return my calls. If any problems there good luck with getting help or compensated. I called corporate and they just referred me back to that location to the same GM who wont return my call. Poor customer service and terrible GM. Worse part is i stay 3 miles away. Great area. I will never stay in a home2 hotel again. Stay away!

The place is nice and very close to places we like to see. Yet I have to say I do not think we will be back because I do not believe this hotel is family-friendly. We have been getting told to be quiet before curfew time on Saturdays at 8 pm. My husband asked for a threshold, and instead of a clear answer, we got a passive-aggressive comment from an employee saying if it were him, he rather be at the front desk checking in people. I enjoyed this place, but this type of behavior is something I will not tolerate for my family and me.Nearby activities: Close to parks, malls and Halcyon

This is probably the worst unprofessional Hilton I have ever worked at. The gm shows favoritism towards certain staff, she talks down to her employees, she always has her kid running around doing whatever she wants. And allows it because it’s her hotel as she states! The hotel has bugs in the rooms and half of the rooms smell of animal urine. Oh and just a heads up do not let them put you in room 205! A man committed suicide in that room. And I know this because I found him with the bullet hole in his head. Why do you think that couch is the only one different! I would never recommend this hotel!!!

Found a bedbug on night 1 of my stay. Took pictures of it on the pillow and took the actual bug to the front desk. The front desk attendant swiftly killed it and took it away. I quietly requested a new room, as not to cause a scene. Front Desk assigned a new one, but returned to my original room with me and proceeded to toss it looking for other bugs while I was waiting to leave to go to my new room. Very uncomfortable. I was placed in a new room that didn't appear to have been cleaned. Dirty tiles and carpeting, drag marks on the counter from the coffee pot, marks on the walls. Lights on that floor were also flickering all the way down the hallway. Returned to the desk to ask to be moved to a different room and inform them of the lights and was given terrible attitude by the front desk attendant. General Manager is kind but would not offer to rectify the situation short refunding half of one night of my stay. On a positive, breakfast was delicious and there was a very kind woman manning the breakfast station. Location is excellent as well.

great hotel, took good care of us. Staff is friendly and cheerful, amenities were mostly fine and as advertised, but the cooktops were a lie, they were neither in the room nor available upon request. room layout was such that you had to pick one door to have open at a time - fridge, room door, or bathroom door- so communication is key if you have multiple people in the room. Overall great stay, good rooms that pack a lot of functionality into a small space, just plan on eating out or microwaving all your food.

We will definitely be back! The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good even though the egg machine was down. The buckwheat waffles tasted great!

Great experience. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was convenient and very well maintained.Temps in low 60 high 50's made the gas fire pit really great. Most included breakfast at hotels is just a carb fest, not here. Southwestern omelettes, quinoa veggie bowl, yes. You can make fresh waffles and carb up if you want but you have a choice. All of the staff was great, friendly and helpful ?.Highly recommend!

This hotel looks pretty new.The entrance is located in a weird location, Is no clearly marked and looks like a side entrance and the recepcion is parallel to the door. The parking lot looks big, but in the middle of the week coming back from dinner was hard to find a spot. The rooms are spacious with plenty of plugs and well stocked, nice bed, pillows, linens and towels.Breakfast area is small and doesnt offer many options.Location is good and staff friendly and helpful.

Came to breakfast about 8am. I guess you need to be there as soon as they start serving it. All that they had was 2 sausage patties. Biscuits. Toast. And waffles. Egg machine ran out. The oatmeal was water. I feel if you pay to stay somewhere breakfast is included you should get to have breakfast.

So 1st off... I travel 50 weeks per yr. for Work: Hotel life is a REAL thing! I always stay @ Hilton property, 90% Home2Suites. Some are Great and others average. My specs... Cleanliness1st and foremost. 2nd a decent coffee and Breakfast, 3rd is staff Customer relations. However this home2suites IS by far the worst. Breakfast is laughable, absolutely pathetic. My room wasn't serviced with "Light cleaning" which is supposed to be done daily, except on weekdays. Hotel needs maintained. Fire alarm went off 2x's during the 4 nights of my stay. Overall not a Pleasant Experience.
