I can’t agree more with all the negative reviews of this company. My experience has been nothing but negative. I am still waiting for the return of my computer after six weeks. They couldn’t fix it but they are stalling returning it to me. They are basically stealing my property. I implore people to NEVER buy their products. Better to purchase Apple products where you get an actual human being to assist you with any computer problems.

I just purchased a new HP laptop from their website. It did not come with a memory card reader, even with the information book that came with illustrations that it had one. And when trying to return it, they tried to charging me a $94.00 restocking fee, saying it was not their fault. They miss led what the computer features. I bought it in good faith, but they weren’t responding likewise. I bought 6 computer from them in the last 10 to 15 year, this will be the last. Not a good company to do business with, they do not care for loyal customers

Recently bought a laptop for my wife for Christmas. It DID NOT DELIVER WHEN PROMISED. I GAVE HP a bad review on the survey they sent. I just got an email response from them saying that my review "did not meet their website guidelines" and that they would not publish it... LOL! I guess they only publish the good ones... so I found this website to post something... buyer beware..

I bought five laptops from HP. Gaming laptop, casual laptop, 2 in 1 laptop, etc. All of died from either hardware failure or HP software glitches/full of errors that made my laptops unusable. They never last more than 3-12 months once their warranty expired.. Horrible experience

Zero stars if I could.A year ago I paid HP $1000 for a "High Performance" laptop, and now slightly a year later the hard drive dies. And HP won't reimburse me for the defective hardware or labor to fix it.Unethical. Dishonest. The 4 laptops I'm getting ready to buy will not be HP. Lousy defective trash.

HP is quite literally the worst laptop I've ever had. I've had three of them (pricing from $100-$800) and they each had mechanical problems within less than a year. I've never owned anything Apple, but I'm starting to consider a Macbook.
