This was a last minute rental and priceline had it all messed up.... and it was a Holiday weekend.Thank God for Kingston & Lei! They got it handled with a quickness! I am so over the top with this last rental( and I get them ALOT) that I'm EXCLUSIVELY using Hertz from now on. Y'all were the best! Thanks

I reserved a sedan and received a confirmation, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that the car I reserved was unavailable because I hadn’t made the reservation at least 24 hours in advance. This is completely unacceptable! The only alternative offered was a pickup truck at an additional $XX per day. If the sedan wasn’t available, my reservation should never have been confirmed, and I should have been notified beforehand. Please don’t offer dishonest excuses.
Many others have reported similar negative experiences. I wish I had read the reviews before choosing this rental service. I’ll never go there again.

If I could give half a star, I would, tried to call to confirm a rental of cargo van that I needed to move my daughter to college, called for three days, never can get through, when I show up, one agent and she’s overwhelmed, when I get to the desk I’m told that the vehicle I had a reservation for six weeks prior is not available. Horrible way to run a business. Do not rent from this location

Reserved car but when went to pick up they said no vehicles were available. Another guy came in while I was standing there and he had no reservations but he was given a car.
The place smelled like cigs/weed- which is a red flag anyway. Do your business at home- not work.
I noticed a $35 charge - no idea why but have to spend allot of personal time on phone trying to get back a fraudulent charge.

Had a reservation and they gave my rental to someone that came before me without a reservation..a walk in. These people have no manners, lazy..they inside is dirty. They looked like the just got done smoking and not cigarettes...it was obvious.
