We had a great experience shopping at this location! We needed new living room furniture, and we decided to look at a few different stores. This location had the best selection and staff! Beena was our sales representative, and she was a joy! She was so kind, helpful, and attentive, but not pushy. Ethan did an amazing job helping us with designing our living room. The two of them made the furniture buying process so enjoyable! Our furniture arrived with no delivery issues, and we are very happy with our new living room!

Bought furniture and had to replace within the first year because of fabric pilling. Hopefully the replacement will be better.
Beside the fabric quality issues the delivery service has been an absolutely awful experience.
On each delivery occasion, the first attempted delivery we were given a block of time to be waiting several hours. That delivery time block was continually delayed until almost 9pm (6 hrs from the initial time) before we were told nothing would be delivered.
For each of the second attempted deliveries we once again spent half a day having the delivery time pushed out before finally receiving the furniture 5 hours passed the initial time.
A supervisor credited the delivery fee as a token of consideration. I appreciate this but the value of the amount of time wasted is so far above that fee. After two delivery experiences that were months apart and took a total of 4 days to complete, there seems to be nothing changing in the process to prevent this from happening again to others. Delivery experiences should not dissuade customers from shopping somewhere but Haverty's certainly has. People were pleasant but process is broken and customers should be paid to put up with such an experience until it brings about change.

Studies show that the relationships salespeople form with buyers play a significant role in purchase decisions, and our experience with Haverty's was no exception, thanks to Beena. Among the 5+ furniture stores we visited, no one was as kind, personable, or genuinely eager to help us find the best product as Beena. She was knowledgeable, confident, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the sales process, guiding us through different sectional options in a way that never felt overbearing. While Haverty's offers a great selection of sofas and configuration options, it was Beena who truly made our experience exceptional.
Beyond Beena's outstanding salesmanship, the quality of the products, the timeliness of order fulfillment, and the ease of delivery were, quite simply, perfect. Our experience with Haverty's has skyrocketed the company to the top of our list for home furnishing needs. We’ll definitely be doing business with you in the future—and we’ll be asking for Beena!

Do not buy. Overpriced and they do not keep their guarantee promise. Will sell you a couch promising it will last years but I’ve had mine less than a year and been going back and forth with customer service to try and get replacements like they promised but they will not. Cheap furniture cheap quality.
