WARNING ! I visited the shop to have a squeaking noise from my front end on my Mini checked. I had heard good reviews about the shop so I decided to stop in for the first time. I was greeted by a man who began to get some basic information. During that interaction, I asked if there was going to be any charge to check the sound. He said yes, it's a $130 mandatory charge to have anything checked. I didn't care to spend that for what I believe would have been a quick and easy diagnosis by a service advisor. It was $130 for them to even put my key in the ignition. I said no thanks and began to turn to leave when a person identified as Sergio (owner, manager??) appeared suddenly from his glass office and immediately greeted me with "Do YOU work for free!?!?". That was the first thing out of his mouth. Then he unloaded that he has to pay for the building, the mechanics, blah blah blah. That was unprofessional, aggressive, and entirely uncalled for. And certainly showed zero customer service. If you wish to gain my business so you can pay your bills, learn how to talk to your customers so they want to spend $130 an hour at your business. I'll be taking my service work and my money elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

I drove two hours from Alabama to get their expertise and it was well worth the drive. I learned more about my car than I could have imagined. Everyone there is highly competent, communicative, willing to listen , easy to talk with and sincere about helping.

Sergio and the whole team are wonderful, courteous, and very professional. I’ve trusted them with my E60 for a dozen years. They have always been honest, straightforward, and competitively priced. Sergio is great at giving the bigger picture: what’s necessary versus what is ideal. HMS is awesome!

Beyond impressed with the team at Harrison Motorsports. My e46 was in need of repairs & TLC and the crew at Harrison’s took excellent care of me.
Smooth and flexible drop-off/pick-up, great communication about the diagnostics along with clarity around what could be prioritized vs what could wait. An all-around phenomenal experience and well deserved 5-star review. Thank you, team!

Brought my spring/fall toy car to these guys for some long needed maintenance. Very friendly and efficient service. This appears to be the place to bring your 90s BMWs. All the right cars in the lot. Recommended for sure over some other places i wont mention.

They have the same look and feel when drop your car at the dealership. Asked for a quote on an issue and they charged an inspection fee of 1 hour when I’m certain they barely looked. The quote was $300 parts plus 5 hours labor. Just had repair done for 1/4 of what I’d have paid.
