BEWARE!! Super poor understanding of customer service and bad to do business with.I brought by 4th load of debris to be dropped which is $30 per load. Not a big deal to pay for a trailer full of brush. I have also bought about 10 yards of mulch from them which is about $350.On my last drop the inexperienced operator of the crane ripped off the angle iron from my trailer. After which another (probably rated operator) replaced him to for assisting with debris unloading. I asked if they could give me a small load of something to hold down the trailer boards for the trip home and they replied no, it is all accounted for in the system. Ok, understandable. I bought some gravel and called it a day. To weld the iton back on is about $200 but a drill and 12 bolts later… I fixed it. When returning to unload another trailer I asked to be compensated for the materials used and asked for a complimentary dump. Answer was a no and if I don’t want to take the risk of help them unload it myself. I did. Took about an hour and I won’t be back. So they lose a customer who would have done a few thousand in business over the next couple years. All for the sake of $30. ?♂️

Says that they will take 'yard debris' and then after loading my trailer and driving 30 minutes they said they done take all yard debris. Only what they can turn into mulch to make a double profit off of you
