I am a little disappointed with the Houdini pinball machine we bought back in Dec 2021. We have only had this for 1.5 years have already had issues with parts not working properly . This was a very expensive purchase so not happy that there has been these mechanical issues in the little time we have owned it.

Wanted to surprise my husband for Christmas and buy him a Pool Stick.....this was the closest place and well worth the 2 hours drive. JD was very helpful and friendly.

Walked in was helped right away! Knew what I was looking for, which was a quality dart board and darts! They asked my budget and explained in good detail the difference between a couple! Sold me!! Great knowledge of products!!

We went in to check out the pinball machines for our new home. We started to play one of the machines (there wasn't a sign indicating that we couldn't) I don't think it is a rule that you can't. But within 30 seconds the owner came over and chided me for bringing in a coffee, then basically shooed us out of the store. Mind you we are a couple in our mid thirties with money, well dressed, and a passion for pinball. Good potential customers. Guess where we're not shopping again?

My husband and I called Greater Southern to inquire about a pool table that we saw online and a current special they were running. We knew we wanted a pool table but weren't sure how much we really wanted to pay right now. Jeff and my husband spoke about our ideal price range and Jeff was able to get us a great deal. He was really nice, honest, and easy to work with. Gabe with Chapman Billiards delivered and installed the table and did such a fantastic job. I underestimated the work that goes in to putting these tables together. We were so Impressed with the entire process and can't thank Jeff and Gabe enough for the amazing customer service!
