Worst salon ?♂️ ever ….here people don’t know how to give a haircut worst customer service and rude and demanding tips…especially Lydia needs to be fired

On 18th June , I brought my 5-year-old son in for a haircut. I showed the hairstylist with short white hair pictures of the desired haircut. Not only was the haircut unprofessional and nothing like the style we requested, but I also noticed a small cut on the skin behind my son’s ear. This injury was clearly caused during the haircut and is deeply concerning to me. I observed that the hairstylist’s hands were shaky during the process, which likely contributed to this unfortunate result.I am extremely upset with this experience. The quality of the haircut and the injury to my son are unacceptable. First picture what I showed her and length of the hair of my son was more then enough to make it. And the second picture was what she did. She just messed up his hair. She offered me not to pay if I didn’t like. I paid, but I will not bring my child to this location again.

I am very much pleased with the service of Roberta, highway 9 Alpharetta location.I tried her 2 times and she did wonderful job, always takes time to listen you and then cut your hairs very calmly and nicely. Others in the same location are always in hurry, for them there is no difference in cutting grass and your hairs and moreover asks for tip. She never asks tip. I would highly recommend to try haircut once with Roberta and you will regret why you didn't try that earlier.

grasslands has amazing experanced stylists. i was so impressed by the service i received!!!! after reading the reviews i wasnt sure if i should try this salon. After careful consideration I got my hair cut. I explained my concerns to th manager and she reassured me that none of those people are working any more That were written in these reviews. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend!! Go see Roberta, Dina, Mattie and Prachi. Highly recommend this salon.

If you go after 6pm there is chance that you will get uneven sideburns and hair cut. Because they will be tired and also may not be receiving good service.

The short lady only wants money she asked for tip I said no and then she says u have to pay cash tip if u don’t pay through card I said still no but she forced me for tip and I felt bad finally came to car and took cash went back and gave it she literally forced for tip without tip u can’t come out of the room I felt itService: Kids' cuts
