I’ve been coming here for months since I moved to town, and have gotten excellent service from this location. Friendly team, they always pick up the phone and they are open 7 days a week. I get my haircut with Will, who excels at what he does. He takes his time and knows what’s up. I’d recommend him to anyone!

The stylist rushed the haircut in less than 5 mins. Didn't want to use scissors and used trimmers. She expected more tips and put me on the spot for tipping less as I was not satisfied with the experience. If tipping is a must please mention how much is the total in advance. Bad experience

After 10 haircuts at great clips over the last 3 years, I can say this is one of the best Great clips. I have been to great clips in 3 different states and this is the one where I was most satisfied with my haircut.

Have been coming here for years. This new lady wasn't happy with a 17% tip and canceled the credit card transaction without asking me. Looks like it didn't happen to me only. She has to be removed before that location ends up closing.

Was a walk in today. Azam checked me in. Have to say Azam did a fantastic job. Very happy with my haircut. Will be back and ask for Azam again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Great Clips gave my son a HORRIBLE haircut. I would understand if it was cheap, kids haircuts are now $18, and our hairstylist gave him a horrible patchy job, not to mention cut it so uneven on the sides and the back. I did not notice since we went in to kill time before a movie for a Saturday morning, but leaving the establishment I only noticed she did not line him up properly. She noticed me brushing him off outside the store and did offer to fix it, but when I asked about his hair looking patchy she brushed it off saying his hair was fine and like that. Needless to say, I had to get ANOTHER haircut for him at another establishment where I knew they would do a proper job to save us the embarrassment of a bad haircut. Luckily we went with a 2 at great clips, and the other establishment had to finish the job with a 0 for the clippers. Such a bad experience, I really do want to give great clips a try but I always leave disappointed. If you are looking for a cheap and quick haircut go ahead and try them, but if you want a job well done I recommend going elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE. I have been coming here for 2 years now consistently. I decided to go get a haircut today and went and checked in as usual. I was approached by someone with a very demeaning manner. I do not know her name but I know she was African American and was wearing a hat. I sat down, got my haircut, and it was done in about 5-10 minutes. Went to pay and tipped $3 which I think is already more than enough considering I paid $20 for a 5 minute haircut. She rushes through the haircut and it is the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my 2 years of going there. And to make things worse, she COMPLAINED about the $3 tip and said word for word "Really? $3?" I was honestly speechless. It was an absolute display of low class behavior, selfishness, and overall greed. In all honesty, she didn't even deserve a 1 cent tip. Needless to say, will not be going back to this establishment until I am notified that she is gone and fired.
