The five stars is really about the staff and what they can not change. The only complaint I ever have about the staff is that sometimes they don't ask if i'm a senior and sometimes I forget to tell them that I am. ? I think it's pretty obvious especially since i'm shopping on the senior day.There are some regular people who I assume are pickers who go through the racks And dump clothes off their hangers , either completely or just on one side , which makes it very difficult to go through the clothes. I get that these people are regular customers but at the same time. That also means the staff have a nose who they are and should say something.For some reason there is hardly ever any cookware or bakeware and that type of thing here at this store. I don't know if they send it some other place else or what. It seems like they're sending pretty much all jewelry and Name brand and designer items that are donated to that central location that handles the web traffic now.I know they have to pay staff , but in general the prices are getting higher and I really think it's too much. a good kohl's sale We'll often beat them out not to mention target or Walmart.This is really my favorite good. Will to shop at on the north side. The things that bother me really are not an issue with the staff so much as goodwill policy. I want distress again I think the staff here is great.

Fairly clean and organized, but even 3 years post-COVID, they still haven't reopened the fitting rooms. How do they expect people to shop for clothes without trying anything on? They allow a 2-week return policy and store credit for returns, but that's much more of a hassle than just reopening the dressing rooms and letting people try on clothes in the store!

Jon is a great manager and is willing to help out at all cost. He is now the reason I come here. This location is hit or miss. But it is worth coming in to nonetheless. Thanks Again Jon..keep up the good work!!

Does this store have a manager? The shelves of hard goods are empty, yet the warehouse looks packed. Moreover, there always seems to be huge amounts of donations coming in on the sidewalk. Is the manager in the office watching Tinder all day? lolp.s. The manager is going to put this store out of business!

Very typical Goodwill good selection semi ok prices. Problem is this is the second Goodwill store I have been in this week that the A/C was NOT working. When I inquired at BOTH locations, I was told, "we've been telling them for over a week that it's out but they haven't sent anyone out yet. HEY GOODWILL MANAGEMENT YOU ARE LAYING YOURSELF OPEN FOR LEGAL PROBLEMS BY FORCING YOUR EMPLOYEES TO WORK IN UNSAFE CONDITIONS. SEVERAL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS CAME IN FELT HOW HOT IT WAS INSIDE TURNED AROUND AND LEFT. THEN I GOT SICK AND HAD TO LEAVE SERIOUSLY PLEASE FIX AC ASAP. THANKS

I wonder if this store is going out of business? The last two times I went the air conditioning was turned up high, and it was borderline uncomfortable. Also, many of the shelves of inventory were empty. Moreover, I could see huge amounts of inventory in their back room, so something is off.

This Goodwill is the messiest Goodwill I have ever encountered. I have visited this location numerous times. Tons of clothes thrown over almost every rack. Clothes laying in the floor. I get they are probably short staffed like other places but where is management? Where is the corporate office taking action? I doubt I'll ever shop in this particular Goodwill again.

YOU'VE GOT TO SHOP HERE!! I come here at least once a week. This is My absolute favorite place to shop. The managers and workers are so friendly and helpful! The store is tidy and clean; management does a great job at keeping the registers open and the lines short. The store also has a great selection of items and great if you’re looking for furniture/big ticket items! Also, my kids love the toy and book section...we always find treasures in those areas. Awesome place!

This particular Goodwill on Holcomb Bridge 4 miles off hwy 400 is clean, bright and uncluttered. One thing I noticed was the store did not have that kind of old stuff smell that some Goodwills around the area do. To me doing shopping at GW is more like playing lottery. Some weekends I maybe lucky finding some good useful household stuffs, some other weekends maybe some neat and fun trinkets. Today I didn't see any useful household stuffs, but I found me an intellisaur remote control dinosaur ? robot for a fraction of the cost. It may not work, but I sure can put it on my desk w/ a ?...
