Worst car buying experience with Vernon I stop by to purchase a Acura mdx everything was going bad with lies having me keep coming back over and over wasting my time with not able to finance bad customer service wouldn’t recommend my fellow Jamaican and island people to buy here they all seems prejudice especially Vernon and the Indians

Worst experience ever my first time buying a car and they sold me a lemon within 2 weeks maybe before my car had to come back to be serviced the cars can went out asked me for 400$ after I just bought it I called west lake finicial on them then they said they would cover repairs by the 21 days my car was un drivable new carpet stickers and all new stuff still in car said my ignition wouldn't read the key anymore car was sold as in wouldn't trade my car or nothing haven't had another car since and it's on my credit DO NOT BUY FROM THEM my life & credit had declined ever since please do not make the same mistake I did the gentle man from Ny sold me my car said he drove it all the time

I wanted to wait on writing this review to make sure my car was not a lemon. I am not local to this dealership. I drove several hours to look at a car on another lot but it was a POS. I was crushed, and did not have any back up options. I found this lot by googling used car dealerships. I walked in blindly without any knowledge of their reputation. I couldn't find a car that had my preferred features or even felt comfortable driving initially. I felt stuck and just knew I was going to get something I hated.i HAD to get a car ..any car that day-leaving without a car was not an option. Clearly, that left me feeling anxious and disappointed I wasn't getting my "dream" car from the other lot. Mr.Love suggested a vehicle I never even would have looked at twice that was similar to my rental car and included the features I wanted (sunroof, heated seats, etc) I did like a Nissan but he was very transparent and mentioned major mechanical issues that those have. He went into guy car talk and said he would sell it, but not recommend it due to the potential issues. They are very common and the mileage was getting close to that point, The repair cost would be very expensive. I truly appreciated him being real by explaining the negative things I would eventually encounter. It was evident he would rather sell a reliabe car based on the customers preference rather then just making a sale. Because of that I absolutely recommend checking them out. He eventually suggested a vehicle a little outside my price range, it had almost every option I wanted. As a woman who knows zero about cars, I did not feel intimidated, pressured or forced into anything. The only negative thing I can say is the financing took FOREVER. In fact SEVERAL hours. In the past with other places it's always been a quick process. Mr. Love was very friendly, genuine and I felt he was very trustworthy. I was able to browse the lot without being hounded, followed, or feeling like vultures were coming after me and pressuring me into something. It was a very laid back approach. he offered assistance and said he would be inside and available when I was ready for the next step. Most places just want to sell you a car and once you have signed the papers, it's your problem. Mr. Love actually wanted to ensure I got a car that was reliable and be happy driving. He is very knowledge and has a good perception on customers needs. He builds a good rapor and actually listens to what the customer feels are important. So far, my new ride is great, except for it being a gas guzzler lol I had a mechanic look at it several days after my purchase and was told it was a very well maintained vehicle and does not have any mechanical issues.
