I've had State Farm Insurance exclusively since 1964. I originally lived in the Cleveland, Ohio area until I moved to
Alpharetta, Georgia in 2017. I was always very happy with State Farm and my agents, but the fantastic service I've received from the Garrett Schafer agency here in Alpharetta - particularly my agent there Caitie Yoes is exceptional. I've had to change my move date a couple of times, requiring my calling Caitie to change the dates of the cancellation at my old apartment and start coverage at my new apartment. Caitie was wonderful handling things for me and always very happy to accommodate my needs. This agency is the best!!!

I reached out to Caitie in Garrett's office to get some new insurance quotes for my real estate properties in TN. I was happy with my current agent, but doing my due diligence to make sure I was still getting enough coverage at the right price. To my surprise, Caitie and Matt reduced my cost between $4000 and $4500 per property with additional replacement coverage. A saving of just over $17k on 4 properties per year. It just goes to show, you never know until you ask. Thanks Caitie and Matt for all your efforts, I'll be reaching out soon to have you review the rest of my coverages.

I have been with Garrett’s State Farm agency for over 5 years. He and his team consistently deliver unparalleled service. His team are always polite, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. They have worked with me in the past in finding competitive rates and in processing claims. I recently had the unfortunate experience of an uninsured motorist total one of my vehicles. Although I worked with the State Farm claims department, Katie Reed from Garrett’s team got involved and helped expedite the payoff, convert my coverage to the new vehicle I bought and sent me temporary ID cards while the permanent cards were being processed. This agency sets the bar for genuine customer satisfaction!
