Went in today with my 13 year & 10 year old. Sales associate "Alex" went above and beyond with helping and assisting my 13 year in finding the perfect pairs of jeans. She was very patient, offered suggestions and was very well knowledged on not only the latest trends but also the Gap brand and their styles and converting sizes. Five star service, my daughter walked out a happy kid. Thank you, Alex!

Love the Avalon area and the gap though there are not many choices here for middle school aged kids. Still a great store.

I visited this store with my mom who doesn’t speak English very well on a Thursday afternoon. The guy was so rude with no smile and like whisking/shaking off cloths when putting the items in the the bag. However the store was neat and tidy.
