Just buy digital. Felt like buying physical for once but they didn't ahve the game just displays of it. Then got a printed list of stores 30 minutes away to buy it. Or I could get it shipped for another $10. Surprised Gamestops are even open still if they don't have new games in stock.

Conrad was great. Knowledgeable & helpful. I actually drove from the Chamblee Gamestop location because the employee at the Chamblee/Walmart location refused my return even though the item was brand new/unopened and I had my receipt. He claimed it was a new policy but I called 4 different Gamestops and no one else had heard of the policy. But thank you Conrad. Your customer service & sales skills were great. Retail needs more people like you.

Horrible and rude customer service. Most likely poorly managed, and even more poorly trained. People wonder why brick and mortar is going out of business its because places like this with people that don’t have pride in their work and have a negative attitude. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Conrad (hope I’m spelling his name right) helped me find a figure I’ve been searching months for but wasn’t able to find at any other GameStop. He looked up nearby GameStops and found one near me that had one in stock. Huge shout out to that guy, give him a raise. He went above and beyond to help me out.

I went in today (10.6.23) and when I was there I approached the display for the Nintendo game. My mom was there with me and she walked out the store. The cashier proceeded to yell at my mom saying “you can’t leave them in here” referring to me and my siblings. I looked at the cashier confused and said to her that I was in 21. She was extremely RUDE cutting me off mid sentence saying “well you don’t look 21 and if you say you are then show me ID” she called me a straight up liar. (I do look a bit younger but not younger than 19, i’m just really short of height). But the level of UNPROFESSIONALISM from the lady there was unacceptable. She then went off saying it was “Mall Policy” if that’s true then there should be at least a sign on the doors or entrance of stores stating that. I was very upset with the interaction. I walked out cutting her off when she went on about the mall policy’s. She should be better with customers and shouldn’t get defensive right away.

Gamestop has always gotten a bad rep, but the things I could always point towards to give them any sort of redemption have now gone to the wayside, and this store is a great example of that. Poorly educated staff and just a shell of a Gamestop. Wont be back.

The so called pre owned and certified controllers that are garunted to work are a complete joke. I didn’t know they came stiff and a hole the size of my pinky on the battery compartment. I never received change for the $60 Xbox remote with protection and had to tell the guy multiple times that I didn’t recieve change. After spending time checking through books and having an attitude I’m finally given my $60 in 1s absolutely childish. This GameStop needs some serious management change. Definitely don’t reccomend.

Game stop has gone downhill. You can hardly get used games anymore. Its mostly new games and merch. Beware future sellers, if you are trying to sell cosoles or gaming stuff, don't do it. Learned the hard way a few years ago. You have a better chance of getting more money from Facebook marketplace or ebay.

This was the original GameStop for me, so it holds a special place in my heart. I know the pandemic has definitely changed this place, but it seems to be on the mend. This chain is pretty cool if you are a gamer. It looks like Think Geek (my favorite online gift store back in the day) even joined forces, so you can get collectibles of sorts as well. You can trade, sell, or buy games and systems here. I won't lie, on most games you won't get top dollar, but at least you get something, and you can free up space. Keep in mind though, those Madden 15 games, they probably won't take (they need space too)- but hey it is always worth a shot. I have sold one of my PS4s and one of my xboxs here as well, it was pretty seamless. Make sure it is in decent condition and you will get more $$ in credit over cash.I generally come here now to get either gift cards or to go game shopping with my nephews. Sometimes at busy times it can seem like a free for all where the line is or isn't, but thankfully nobody goes crazy.Great to see this place still around, this is def my go to location. At the register, they usually have newsletters/flyers of upcoming releases, this is a great place to get the new releases for sure!
