The absolute best customer service! This company hires the best associates from my experience in both Nashville and Alpharetta. I had an exchange and they so kindly are shipping to my home. I wanted a specific sandal and my sales associate made sure I got what I wanted and the fit would be perfect.

I had to physically come into the store due to an exchange issue I initiated online. The manager on shift was able to help me out with ease. She was so kind & got the issue resolved really fast. Great service!

Great customer service. Love the Mabel Taupe Multi; however, I’m having a bit of an issue with the leather. It is a hard leather and not easy to break in. Will call the store and see if they have shoe horn service to help me with this issue.

Being the only Freebird store within driving distance, my wife and I had a great experience here. I ordered a pair of boots offline for my wife, and they were too small. They exchanged with no issues and even refunded 50 because they were on sale after I bought them. I ended up buying myself a pair after trying on several pairs. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Destiny was so accommodating and sweet. This was my first time ever visiting a Freebird store and it was highly encouraged to try on any and every shoe I wanted. I would typically feel like this would be an inconvenience. The store was gorgeous and I walked out in a tall boot, which I would have never thought about wearing before! Thank you for making my 12th pair a Copper Coal. Definitely worth the drive. Love my new birds!
