He talked a lot with us about ideas at our consultation and came up with things we never would have, like installing greenery from the venue ceiling. It’s clear he’s been doing this for a while and provided an elegant and timeless look for the ceremony and reception, and at an affordable price point. My bouquet stayed fresh for days too. “Ellen at Wow floral design literally saved the day!I went into the store of another larger florist in the area and wanted to order a custom arrangement for a very special occasion with a simple idea. Instead of listening to me they decided to do what they wanted. I spent close to $300 just to get something that wasn't what I asked for. When I picked it up I was going to just fix it myself. I thought that might not be the best idea, Lol. I stopped by WOW Floral design studio and Ellen not only fixed it but did an AMAZING JOB. I dont expect a shop to touch another shops arrangement but she could sense my despair and she stepped to the plate and knocked it out of the park. She just one a customer for life.THANK YOU ELLEN!”

“We needed stuff for our stay here. So I pulled up shipped and selected Kroger as my location. Lately it always seems like every place is out of something, but not this time... Our shopper was able to find every item we had on our list. And not just something like what I wanted but truly the item I asked for. It was such a great change! When I have time I will definitely visit the location to give a more detailed review. But for this experience it was completely 5 stars.”
