Stay away from the store. It's chock-full of many new age and occultic things. All of these things are dangerous and bad for your family I would stay away from this store and not enter it at all. I'm never going back.

Horrible customer service. Staff is not friendly and one person that i thought was a customer has her cart blocking me to get in line. I asked if it was hers and she ignored me then with attitude she asked if i needed it moved. I asked if she worked there or was a customer and I couldn't believe she actually worked there. The guy at the register did not greet me just rang me up. I asked them if greeting a customer went out the window and he said...slow day. At that int i decided with the horrible service during the holidays i would leave my purchase and not give them my business. I was having a good day and it really upset me that the staff was not friendly and with attitude for no reason nonetheless. Northpoint Parkway location

For the second business trip in a row, my charging cable stopped working. I needed one fast, as I was flying back to Fort Wayne in the morning. I did not want to go store to store for one, so I went on my instacart app to have one be delivered to me. This Five Below had the cheapest iPhone charging cable by far. So, i added it to my cart as well as a soda and chocolate as I wanted to indulge my sweet tooth. I got my order in about 45 minutes. So glad this Five Below participates in Instacart and has such good prices!

The young black girl that said she was the customer service manager was dope I didn’t like that She was running the store by herself It’s unsafe for a young lady to be operating a store alone especially at night. Yall need to do better with staffing. The 4 stars is bcuz she was helpful, nice and communicating to all the multiple customers that needed her attention at one time. Definitely eased me while she helped other ppl that came before me

Five Below is one of the places I like to get inexpensive accessories like phone cases, charges etc. I have gone to several here in Georgia, California etc and the employees have all been consistently friendly and helpful. There is not too many places I can say that about anymore!

Very friendly and amazing customer service. Always ready to help and they welcome with a happy face by greeting the customers. They do have some items running out of stock every quarter but that’s ok. Very near by to TJMaxx and other stores in a quiet area of Alpharetta close to the AMC North point mall. Customer friendly store.

Great place for miscellaneous things like party supplies, toys, reasonably priced electronics(limited range), prank toys etc.. max price of any item is around $5, which is great for the budget. Only issue is store size is a bit small. But being a dollar store, I guess that should be fine

Always fun, even though the economy has made them increase their prices above 5$..I guess they should change their name to six below.
