Unfortunately, the new guy who took over this dry cleaners has really compromised quality, service, and common courtesy. The guy behind the counter, perhaps the new owner, is extremely rude and difficult to deal with. Don’t bother to ask him for special instructions because he won’t oblige. We have decided to go elsewhere after he shrank two $400 pairs of pants. We strongly advise against using these cleaners if you care about your clothes.

Under new management, this place has gone downhill. We had several items dry cleaned and they came back with sweat marks and clearly had not been cleaned. When I brought them back, they said they would take care of it. They did, and then charged me a second time and refused to “take care of it.” A customer of almost a decade is now moving on…

We have used First Class Cleaners about 4 times. They did a good job with basic items. We had no issues until I requested that my leather and suede jackets be cleaned. I needed alterations in the lining for the leather jacket for a trip to the mid-west. I was told that they would send it out to have it cleaned and the jackets would be ready in a week. I retuned twice on the 7th day and the jackets were not available. I was told that someone would call me when the jackets arrived that day but no one called so I arrived just before they closed.I had to ask the desk clerk to please confirm when the clothes would arrive because he didn’t seem to care that he gave me the wrong day. I returned back to the store the next day. The jackets arrived but the alterations were not completed. He did not apologize. He did not say that they would rush the alterations. The clerk behaved as though it was my fault that he did not provide the agreed upon service. I spent $100 to get two jackets cleaned and that is the last time I will take anything to this location because of the poor customer service.Service: Alterations

Prices are a bit high but they get the job done quickly and right. It is a busy place. They will pick up, drop off, take walk ins, and all. The best part is if you need a rush job they can usually make it happen. I bring all of my stuff here... like I said it is a bit higher then what I was used to in TX but they have not messed up or lost anything yet! That is worth a ton to me! Some of my wife's stuff has belts that have gotten lost at other places or are just more delicate then your Reg shirts and slacks. Everything I have brought here, and that has been a lot of stuff, has come out perfectly. I'm my opinion that is worth the slightly higher cost!

I used to come out of my way (15 min) twice per week just to leave some shirts for dry cleaner. For the first time decided to leave a jacket as well. When I returned to pick it up, I heard the manager decided to increase the price. I paid more than double of the price that I was told when I left the jacket there. I asked why no one called me to tell me about the new price. Also asked to talk to the manager, who was not there. I was so stupid that I agreed to pay the price! I should have called the police. They lost a loyal customer, they will never see my money again.

My family has been a customer of First Class Cleaners for the past five or six years. They do excellent dry cleaning, shirt laundering, and alterations with great customer service. I've had dresses taken in and the hems fixed on two formal gowns (in 2015 and just last week) to repair mistakes made by other tailors. They are my first choice for alterations from now on.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I came in with an emergency alteration (I was in a wedding the next day and my bridesmaid dress was about 5 inches too long). They were able to hem my dress in less than 24 hours and it was done perfectly. Thank you, thank you, thank you to First Class Cleaners for saving the day! I will be using you for all of my future dry cleaning/alteration needs.

Absolute best dry cleaner in Johns creek. Excellent cleaning, perfect repairs, and stain removal. Garments come back like new and feel like brand new again. Highly recommend, especially for items that require a little more care. Team is amazing too. Danny is the best and always helpful.
