The worst bank in the US you can ever find. Being in business for over 45 years all over the US we found out this bank has the worst of everything such as: website, customer service, security,... you name it. They don't even answer the phone at the branch since they're always short staffed. They don't return your call or respond to your emails when you have problems let's say with website or when money is missing from your accounts on multiple occasions because of the fraud etc. Their customer service is a joke.

Always great service! Boutique style bank service - not a wells fargo big bank type of place where its soooo corporate that customer service suffers.

The head teller definitely has a problem with professionalism and respectability. Their logo isinconvenience in every way possible. I closed my account here because I do not need the headache. I moved to another respectful institution and could not be more pleased.

I have had my business account with 1st Citizens since November of 2011. The people have always been friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the staff has given me some good advice during this time regarding options for my business checking, savings, credit card and loan accounts. My most recent discussion with the staff was in October of this year.
