This place is awful! The customer service soooooooo rude. The manager of the store has the worse attitude EVER, they don’t wear name tags but I visited this place on 6/7 so who ever the manager on duty was at 11:30 is the worst. I have come Into this store multiple times and she is always there with literally the worse attitude.
You can’t try on both shoes at the same time … what kind of policy is that. These are shoes you walk in . You need to be able to compare comfort. I will never buy shoes from here

I came at 11:15am to the store is was closed. They supposed to open at 11am. There were already 3-4 customers waiting. I waited 15 minutes and no one came to open the store. We called and no one answered. Terrible store and service

Inside North Point Mall. More of Nike than other brands. Limited varieties available.
Smaller area, easy shopping, responsive staff, faster billing. You can pay by Klarna via online app.
Bought Nike shoes for my son. Staff was helpful in getting the right size and assisted in trial.
There's not much to add. For Nike brand purchases, you can explore. The online version offers more choices and options.

We went in there to get running shoes for my son but you can only try on one shoe at a time.
The shoes we were looking at were $170-$200. Who would spend that much and not be able to try them both on at the same time? I think the gentleman could tell my son is neurodivergent so he ended up letting me try on both shoes of one pair but when he walked off, the lady said we couldn't for the next pair. I get that it's probably because a few rotten apples ruined it for all of us but y'all need to figure out another way. Instead, we went right upstairs to Champs- tried on both shoes together- and bought our $170 shoes there.

Alexandra is such a great employee! She helped me get the right size for my shoes and was quick and attendant! The mall was on closing time but she was really nice!

If a customer wants to try on shoes they allow only one shoe at a time. It makes it impossible to see if the pair is actually comfortable to walk in. Very poor customer service.

At the store 11:00am no one there. Waited over 30 minutes and still nothing. Store not open and now I have to be inconvenienced by driving to another location when this one is five minutes from where I live.

Absolutely HORRIBLE COSTUME SERVICE by the 2 ladies serving today, no Hello, bad attitude and looks towards us, like they didn't want to be bothered, like we couldn'ttouch the shoes, other customers came in and left as quick as we did, never going back again, we spent all of our money at Champs!! Don't waste your time, go spend your hard working money somewhere else!!!!

These shoes are junk! My son bought shoes yesterday and he had leg pain. The shoes are new and we can't exchange this for different ones. Be carful for what you buy, I threw away $160 for this.
