This lady refused accepting my packages twice. People here are very rude. I was able to ship it from other Fedex places. Won’t try this place ever again

If it were possible, I'd rate this location negative 100. It's been a consistent string of bad experiences: the first time, no drop-off receipt due to computers being down; the second time, a power outage resulting in everything being non-functional; and the third time, a misplaced package. It seems there's always something going wrong. Save yourself the trouble and visit the Windward location instead.

They are nearly always closed for no reason. Last week I showed up at 1:30 on a Friday to find they were out to lunch for at least another hour and fifteen minutes. Don’t go to this location unless you’re feeling lucky.

Terrible location. I have been here 3 times to drop a package and they have been closed every time. I asked a Walmart employee if they're ever open and the said they are but they just went to lunch. It is 2 pm and they won't be back until 330pm. Do not come here. Do not waste your time. The reviews of this location do not lie. Utter garbage

I went in today to ship golf clubs without a box. In and out in less than five minutes. Great customer service. I bought a box and the clubs were packed and shipped for me.

Went to this location at 2:59pm of 7/17/23 - it was closed for lunch.You leave office work and kids at home to drop a package - only to see a closed store at 3pm - very unprofessional

I have shipped many packages at a Fedex ship center and this experience was terrible. For whatever reason it seemed to be a problem to package and ship my collectible item properly and I was given little control over my own product. I also pray the employee doesn't destroy my item as she seemed to have a problem with my concern of needing to ensure this item arrived safely. I was oversold on the box size and was not allowed to select or handle my own box. This is unacceptable for a business doing e commerce shipping. We eat the cost for everything when this kind of negligence is involved.The label was sloppily placed and I will never return to this center again. When I say collectable there are only a few of these items ever made. I should have left and went somewhere else. I hope I don't regret this.

Today -- January 23, 2023, I went to FedEx inside Walmart on Atlanta Hwy to get a photo card printed. The lone employee Morgan available in the store at that time was so courteous and she got the job done perfectly. As the store is close to my place, I've decided to go there for all my printing and shipping needs in the future.
