I recently sent a samsung phone via FedEx on mansell road in Alpharetta. During shipment unfortunately, the package was not delivered as expected. Upon tracking the package, it seems to have been tampered with stolen in transit. Samsung said they received an empty box. I called and went to the fedex I shipped from, was told to file a complaint online still no help. Even asked for them to check the store cameras on the day I shipped the product they refused. Horrible experience will ship with ups from now on.

Great services at this location! Both Mr.Milati and the lady at the printing station whose name starts with an E were super friendly and helpful. The manager really helped me out today with a printing job that I couldn’t do elsewhere because of time constraints. Thank you so much for making it happen so quickly! It looks great! This is my new go to location for printing and shipping for sure!

Came here after receiving horrible service early today at the Windward parkway location.
Joy and another worker were able to get me taken care of ASAP no problems.
If I ever use FedEx again it'll be at this location!

They hit a home run again today. :) Needed a very quick turn-around on a little print job. I have used this location on several occasions and have always been well-treated and gotten good results. Nailed it again today!!

WOW! I usually avoid all FedEx stores at all costs because I’ve never once had a positive experience. But I had to drop off a return and decided to mail a letter. Never been to this location. What a difference!! Joy really lives up to her name. And the other young lady was also so friendly and helpful. Let me tell you, night and day from the one on Old Milton and Windward. Night. And. Day!!!

This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had shipping something that was supposed to go within the same town. Repeatedly not delivered to an OPEN business. It took TWO weeks for me to even get my package back. I almost lost my place to live because of this... Never using this FedEx location or any other ever again. If you want your package to arrive and not get lost, I'd trust USPS over these folks.

Manage rude and extremely unhelpful. Went to pick up a job (I got an email it was ready.) They cannot find the order. Instead of trying to find a solution he just shrugs his shoulders. Ridiculous and terrible that he’s the manager!
