I had a really stressful delay on an important package, and wasn't getting much help from the 800 number. I finally got connected to this ship center and Charisse went the extra mile for me. She not only found the package no one else could locate, she also called me back as promised within 15 minutes. This made a big difference to me. Thanks, Charisse!

Fedex has gone from being the best in service to the worst. This site doesn't even follow their own hours.Calling them leads to more lies and wasted time.

Manager and some of the staff look at blacks as if they are poisonous!!... Do not use COV-ID as an excuse to discriminate against black African Americans!... It affects everyone... When I came into the store yesterday the manager gave me a frown and then today when I had to came back to scan some documents the manager and also an Indian lady gave me a frown as well, as if I was poison walking into the store!!!!... unacceptable... Social distancing is not an excuse to discriminate! It's about everybody... Not just one race... Stop discriminating against blacks and looking at them as if they shouldn't even be in your store!... We're giving you revenue!... If you guys don't want to treat everyone right including Black African Americans... The government needs to shut FEDEX down too!! And you all need to go home!!!

Worst customer service! My house manager tried to pick up package with Phyliss --. I was traveling but they 800-go FedEx person Gil, then two supervisors, managed to keep me on hold for one and half hours as my house manager stood at the counter. FedEx is disorganized with rude employees. No wonder amazon will take them over
