Dumar stopped and got me off the side of the road when my car overheated and took me all the way back to my work so that I could try to fix it. I would definitely recommend this company for their great customer service!

Fast Tow Truck Towing did an awesome job pulling this elderly couples car this past Friday night. Showed up as promised and spent the extra time to pull the car out without damaging the car.

FIRST I was charged $125 to have my car towed 2.3 miles. SECOND the driver was the WORST! Idk whether it was his lack of knowledge using a GPS or just straight LAZINESS and in a hurry to gouge me for $125. And the COUPE DE GRAS.....my car is DAMAGED! And of COURSE I'm having issues getting my claim processed on their end. All I can say is, pay the Lettuce for AAA. THEY are at least trustworthy and RELIABLEService: Car towing

Friendly and professional. Just replaced my battery and was still having issues starting up. Called for a jump. He was there within 10 minutes. Took a little bit to start, but he was able to give me some good information about what may be wrong (fuel pump) and why it didn’t start up immediately. Great service. Would recommend.

At 1:23 PM I called Allstate and informed them that my Ford F-250 truck was out of service and I needed to be towed. The brakes had seized and the vehicle could not be driven without further damaging my truck. I told them this. I also told them my truck was not small. It is a Ford F-250 4x4. Within a couple minutes I was told that FAST TOW TRUCK SERVICE IN ALPHARETTA would be there between 2:45 and 3:05. Several hours passed and a small truck showed up and backed up to my truck.This truck could not tow my truck. He left saying someone would call me. They never did call so I called them. Very unprofessional, could not give me an ETA but said that there was someone on the way. Several more hours went by. Called them back. I was never really sure if I had a wrecker service because it was just like I was bothering them. I was given the drivers number so I called and no answer twice, so I attempted to call Fast Tow Truck Wrecker and now they are tired of me I guess so they are not answering the phone. I was on the side of the road for SEVEN hours waiting for them. I was treated like garbage. Seems to me that a professional towing service could get to you in seven hours. I was not in the middle of nowhere in a small town. I was only probably 30 minutes from their companies location in Alpharetta, Ga. Eventually out of desperation I called a local wrecker and they were there within the hour. Originally I had my two children with me in the truck. After several hours I was able to get them a ride home. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. So unhappy with the way I and my children were treated. I am one of those people who never leaves reviews but I had to! TERRIBLE COMPANY, not reliable at allll do not use them!!!! I had my truck stuck in mud and just needed someone to pull me out (easy job) so I called, she asked me to send my address and photos by text so I did promptly.. I could see that she read my text immediately, I waited 5 minutes them send another text asking for any information on eta or if they could help, I saw that again they read my message, no response. I wait 10 minutes to call them, they ignored my call 3 times, I waited another 5 minutes to call they picked up and before I could say anything put me on hold for 10 min so I hung up and gave up on them and found someone else… it’s been 2.5hours and still no response on my texts. Not reliable, not quick service, and don’t seem like they want to work at all. Her attitude was bad too.

I chose this service to tow my truck 1 mile away to a different location. They were very prompt in getting a truck dispatched although I did have to call back to confirm after they told me they would confirm.Now after the tow since I was using my insurance to cover this all I needed was a basic receipt show proof of towing. I asked for this the day of on a Friday and have been getting the run around for 4 days as to why he can't supply me with a basic receipt making excuse after excuse (his receipt guy is out of town...he will have it to me in an hour...he has been backed up with receipts..etc) before just finally he stopped answering my calls.Service: Car towing

Asked for Cash App payment, received scam alert warning from Cash App when trying to pay, bank declined citing problem history with provider. Apparently they lie too. Read other reviews stating they don't tow for Allstate. However it was Allstate that engaged them to tow my car. Terrible experience.Service: Car towing
