DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I called for a quote. During our conversation it became apparent by his questioning that he wasn't going through the normal process of providing a quote. When I questioned his tactics he hung up on me mid sentence. My point, if you're unable to provide me a lower rate, that's fine but don't disrespect me in the process! BTW, his conduct garnered "NO STARS" but I was unable to post my comment without at least one.

Committed postal mail fraid against my company by claiming I sent him something other than what he ordered, and the part was only $9. I'd be very carful dealing with people willing to violate federal law just to save themselves $4 in shipping.They also used their business address listed above, I'll be filling a complaint with the better business bureau, as well as farmers.

I was with another insurance carrier for years and Marlon has always been trying to get me to give his company a try and finally I did. It was the best move I could make because his company saves me $100 per month. Now I send all my clients to him whenever they need a quote. Very dependable and always answeres when I call.

Mr Crawford is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I contacted him to get a quote for car insurance. Although it was a bit more expensive with his company, Farmers Insurance, he took a look at my home policy and noticed coverage i didn't have which I thought I did. He explained different coverages in detail. I've learned more from him in that one conversation than I've ever known about insurance, so i switched to his company. He was able to add coverage and still save me money! He suggested i add plumbing coverage, which wasn't offered to me by the previous company. Well, a year later I had a a major flood in my house and had to file a claim. Because I made the decision to add the plumbing coverage, I paid nothing out of pocket to have the pipes replaced. The whole claim process was a breeze and everyone was professional. Thanks again Marlan for keeping me well informed on all that is available to me!!

I have used all of the insurance companies you can think of- Allstate, Geico, Travelers and it was all the same...I was paying my money for and service and felt as though I always got the short end of the stick when I needed them. A friend of mine recommended Mr. Crawford and Farmers Insurance when I was buying a car.. I was hesitant to try out a new company, but now I not only have my vehicle insured but I have a life policy, house insurance, and will be recommending both Mr. Crawford and Farmers to everyone I know.
