I’ve been a regular living in this neighborhood for 8 years and never had a problem at this gas station. That is until they hired this younger one that comes in at night…My boyfriend and I stopped by last night..He goes in and accidentally leaves one of his phones (iPhone 15) and walks out without realizing. Immediately distraught when he realizes he doesn’t have a 1500 dollar phone that was paid in cash…Then, my bf goes back inside and asks the man at the front if he’s seen a phone….The man said “nobody left a phone”. We ended up doing find my iphone and his phone was IN FACT in the store..NOT behind the counter but, IN THE BACK. He runs out after my friend and realizes that I AM (a familiar face) in the car, acting like he needs verification. If that was the problem why didn’t you ask my friend to verify the FIRST TIME he came back in for his phone? He also LIED and said he thought he asked for something else….IDK about you but PHONE AND WALLET sound nothing alike. That was very grimey and distasteful. am shocked at the behavior as a loyal neighborhood customer.

I showed up a little before closing and they had closed early, when I tried to wave down the cashier and find out why I was responded to with a rude gesture and a shooing motion… not going back

This gas station is in a nice Business area with lots of potential, but 1/2 the pumps are out of order, all the trash cans are overflowing, broken car wash, inside of store stinks. The clerk gets 4 stars, he was nice.

I would put zero, a few months ago I went to get gas and the machine didn't work AT ALL, I had to go inside the store and tell the man I was passing by and he gave me the money back. Today I went and paid $4 dollars and I left because I was going to work on time and I don't drive a single mile, they are complete thieves, apart from the fact that gasoline is very expensive at $3.18 a gallon, it is unacceptable, I would give it zero stars, so early and that rage this.

The prices are always high $.20 to $.30 per gallon compared to other exxon fuel stations within the 15 mile radius including the items inside the mart. They also need to improve on maintaining the area and pumps.

Pumps not working and the couple that do you cannot read the thing the writing on the pump face is non existence...

The instructions on the screen cannot be read at the majority of the station slots, also sometimes take a lot of time to process the payment... In addition the fuel charges really slow. This have been like this for a couple of months, last year it was working good.

Horrible experience dealing with these guys. Bought a simple phone charger that broke within a week and they would not return. Unbelievable customer experience. Please stay away! Too many other places to go.

The cashiers are usually friendly, but the one that worked today was rude.
