I just would like to send a big shout out to Will, the Extra Storage Space Manager. Will went out of his busy schedule to assist me with regaining access to my storage. Silly me, lost the keys and Will was so kind and gracious to cut the lock off for me in a very timely manner. Keep up the good work and thank you for being so customer friendly. Which seems to be lacking these days.

This is the best storage facility in the area hand down!!!! There’s always a clean office and restroom! William is always helpful and was willing to take a last lunch to help me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Will helped me and answered all my questions. Also showed tremendous patience. The site is also really clean and I would recommend any of my friends to use this facility. Again I wanna think extra space and will. Everyone should be like will!

Extra Space Storage is an outstanding facility and a great option for storing items we currently do have room for in our home. The staff is always polite, courteous, friendly and very helpful. We have throughly enjoyed our experience. Thank you.

I haven’t had a single issue with this company, in addition to the monthly rate randomly increasing, but that’s expected with the level of inflation we’re experiencing.

After looking at a number of options, we are glad we landed on Extra Space Storage. The facility is always spotless, equipment for loading and unloading is always on hand, and security is very good. They notified us immediately one time when they noticed our lock was improperly fastened and were extremely courteous and helpful when we later had to have the lock removed due to a missing key. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage facility.

Tasha is the best. She was at the Kennesaw location a couple years ago and I was pleasantly surprised when I have storage needs in Roswell! She is responsive and great to work with. Glad our paths have crossed again
